I had dinner at Teppen with my family and we're seated right away. We ordered Ramen and some appetizers. The waitress Ploy was very nice and resourceful. She explained the dishes and what was included in our orders. The waitress Sara was also very attentive and checked in on us. The food was great especially on this cold day. We will come again and had a great experience thanks to the staff.

Such a good place. The ramen here is very balanced and delicious. Such a nice little spot would recommend for everyone. Also the fired squid balls are good

A $20 ramen with just two pathetically small pieces of chashu is a SCAM.
Also the curry ramen is too salty
Teppen Ramen is, without a doubt, the best ramen I’ve had in my entire life. The staff who attended us were extremely polite and attentive, and the ramen was simply spectacular: homemade, authentic, and with a flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. We spent several days in New York and went back multiple times because we were obsessed with it. And when we return to New York, we’ll go again without hesitation — it has become our absolute favorite restaurant. I recommend it to everyone; for me, there is no ramen more delicious than the one at Teppen Ramen. 🍜❤️

Very dishonest. Service was poor so I didn’t give 20% of tips, but they still charge my credit card for 20%. Sneaky. Will never go back.

Amazing ramen, one of the best I’ve had. The broth is so jam packed with flavor and every bite is a treat. I wouldn’t get tired of eating this every single day. I don’t understand why this place isn’t always packed because it’s so good.

Waited 40 mins for food while they were filling DoorDash orders
Do take out for lunch today, $20 only got a small bowl of ramen, only two pieces of meat were found for the entired bowl! Compare to Kati, feel like this place is expensive for those have limited lunch credit. Ramen is a bit harsh, like uncooked, maybe because of the soup is not hot enough. Not that valuable for $20 compared to the restaurants around the area. Taste is very salty, after finish my lunch, I have to keep drinking water sincr feeling thirsty all the time.
In addition, I have tried eat in one time, no service except taking order, I even need to get water myself. At the end, I gave $2 tip for a meal of $18(included tax). But then, when I got home, my credit card was charged by this store again for another $3 for tip that I did not authorize!! Be awared of this!

Inconsistent food quality. Supposed to be soft boiled egg and came out more than well done. Asked to change, told all eggs today are like this. Mostly for Americans I suppose
