We tried to speak to the manager hoping to find a solution, but she was even worse—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We were shocked by the lack of basic customer service and the aggressive attitude from both the waiter and the manager. Definitely not a place we’ll be coming back to, and we do not recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful and enjoyable experience.

It has good views from different angles, you can appreciate the view during the day and at night. It has a swimming pool with an impressive view. It became one of my favorite spots in New York, good music and a clean bathroom. He treated the employees very friendly and helpful, I will give the food 5 stars because I saw the batida area but I didn't eat and I don't want to damage the stars but I didn't realize there was food but next time I will check the food.
