Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It does get really hard to hear even though there isn’t music blasting. The pork chop was good but I wish the eggplant rigatoni had more eggplant in it. I thought it only had tomatoes at first. I got the small plate which is good for a single serving, I think the large would be great for sharing.
For dessert we got the baked Alaska and it was delicious! Wish we had more room to try out the other desserts. Server was super nice and friendly.

The food was ok (had the wagyu burger) but it was greatly dissappinted by its service. The server was not very kind. The kids needed to share meals as they couldnt eat much and we don't like to waste food. The server was bad mouthing us to the staff right where we are talking loudly to. We were not aware thus restaurant had a no food sharing policy. And worst case they did not bring the bread and olive oil before the meal. They happily offered it to the other tables. We had to asked for it and the server provided in very unhappily. She then proceeded not to serve us. Food was given by another server and bill by the manager. Got to comment that the lady that clears the table was the best. She was kind and polite and we wish the tips went all to her.

Great place, consistent, solid food, decent sometimes great service. Super great atmosphere for an UWS restaurant. Always good cocktails, great bar to eat or hang out at. Rosemary fries are super tasty. All in all a key asset to the UWS dining scene.

This restaurant is a great memory to me and my husband because we made the first time in here. 😍
The food is amazing. The pasta is so delicious. Also loved the ambience and the rustic style of this restaurant.

Incredible. And if you don't try the burrata and/or beet salad (do both) starters, you will live a humdrum life of neglect and misery without knowing it. Go with any entree -- they all rock. Wish there was a way to rate Tessa higher.

Cacio e Pepe is one of the best dishes I've EVER had. We were able to have small plates of several dishes. All of the food was very good; however, the Cacio e Pepe is can't miss!! Enjoy!!

Service and atmosphere were great. The food was buried in French Fries, and skirt steak was tough, burger was fair. Ahi Tuna was the best

The bolognese is AMAZING! I love that you can get 2 different sizes of the pastas depending on if you are sharing. Sitting at the bar was perfect as a solo diner. The bartenders were very attentive and nice.

Had a forgettable dinner at this place. The service was awful. The servers (more than one came at the table) kept rushing us. I understand we’re not in Europe and we’re in nyc and people rush through dinner, but this was just awful. The food was so so. My friend had the shrimp pasta which she didn’t really enjoy. The gazpacho was bland. The thing that was decent were the rosemary fries. The Aperol spritz was good. We had asked three different servers for bread and olive oil on the side and it never came. The space was small and felt claustrophobic. Left quite disappointed.
