Tex’s Chicken & Burgers

This spot sold us a molded bread fish sandwich.

Awful management and rude. I’ve been overcharged and instead of being apologetic he was just rude and not talking…

Customer service is bad, food isn't even that good, unorganized, rude, i could go on forever. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. I stood at the counter for a solid ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and the place wasn’t even busy. No one knows what they're doing. I watched three employees argue behind the counter about who knows what. Dirty floors, sticky tables, and a smell that I couldn’t quite place but definitely wasn’t appetizing. You could honestly drop a group of strangers behind the counter and they’d run it better. There are plenty of places that serve chicken and you would actually enjoy it.

I ordered food online and decided to cancel my order to dine-in instead. They never gave me my money back and i complained many times. The customer service at this specific location is shit they're rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. On top of all of that, they took so long to make my order when I went to dine in.

The best fried chicken in the area!

For the last 4 months I've been passing these Tex's Chicken and saw a deal 4 pieces for $5 one just opened up so I dropped in.

I walked in and I counted three individuals a customer and two employees one working the front and one in the back. I placed my order, walked to my truck opened my order and counted three pieces of dark chicken, one biscuit. Where's my other piece of chicken (4 pieces for $5)?

Walk back to the store. The employee who served me was not at the front all employees was to the back. I called to a employee for help and he explained it's three piece chicken with a biscuit it's four pieces for $5. Just advertise three piece with a biscuit for $5.

This is the real problem. The employee who helped me when I returned back to the store, who explained the deal to me had a runny nose and you can see it. I believe he was the one frying the chicken. I turned around and heard him blow his nose I walked to my truck and discarded my meal.

The reason is I’m standing here right now in front it’s 11 and they been was suppose to be open since 10:30 and I’m calling and no answer and this guy that’s working he’s looking dead at me but not saying or coming to me to tell me will it be open in a few minutes no communication what do ever

Always get the 3/4 chicken combo with drink & fries. This location only give you a cup for the drink not a can and the employee is so disrespectful and rude, I'd never come to this location again

If you’ve had a long night and you need something to put on your stomach especially something greasy it’ll hit the spot. But it’s just that a quick bite of a grease spot lol!

Horrible attitude on the employees and the service was very lackluster. Would not go back if someone paid me to. Paid for 4 pieces of chicken and got 3. Also he tried to give me a small drink instead of a large when i paid for a large. No utensils, condiments or napkins left. Very disappointing.

My issue is why does the sign says 4 for 5 pieces of chicken?? That is false advertisement and they could get sued for that. They told me it’s only 3 pieces for 5 . Somebody is lying
