Horrible place! Booth seating not comfortable! Food not so good. Plus, the service was slow! And it was overpriced!

As fans of TGI in UK we wanted to experience in New York. Firstly this was an accident to visit this one we didn’t realise that it was in a station the taxi driver dropped us at the writing one. Station was fairly unpleasant and unnerved my daughters before we went in. Restaurant was fairly tatty and waitress was very blunt and obviously not interested. The food was horrible, the order was wrong. We ordered two fries sides that were bought out after the meal had finished. They did take one off the bill but even so! So many better places to eat in NYdont be like us and get all nostalgic , its really not worth it.

Poor service, starter served with main. Ignorant staff who were abrupt when asking where their tip was..... Top tip! improve your customer service a food quality. Eat elsewhere.

This place is awful. Tired. Bathrooms awful +. Train delayed 1.5 hours, if you need to go there (because basically PennStation is void of anything that resembles pride of NYC / food otherwise in Penn but this place) then have a beer. PS Wings suck too.

Went to grab food between trains. Was not acknowledged at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for nearly ten minutes and had to call the restaurant to be told to go to the bar to place a to-go order.

meh...went here before a concert at the garden after the place we wanted to go to was closed due a gas leak...lol typical franchise food...service was just ok...not very clean...and the place was so hot we were almost sweating... i didn't expect much and well, i was not disappointed (pun intended)...

The Cajun Shrimp and pasta, the whiskey glazed ribs and the whiskey glazed flatiron steak were as delicious as we remembered. They closed the Friday’s in Wichita so we were ready to enjoy it again.

There's a CLEAR sign when you walk inside stating Happy Hour M-F 3-6 with list of items included in the happy hour. We walked in there Monday at 4pm and was asked we can sit at the bar for Happy Hour items, then bartender (short, stocky, hispanic woman) tells us there's no happy hour rudely and provides us with the menu and that's it. I guess they just rely on tourist traffic vs office staff who just wants a drink before heading home. I won't be taking my office staff there any more.

Incredibly rude bartenders! I know this is nyc, not especially the center of customer service not excellence yet seriously!!! And they only seem to pay attention to the regulars. Sitting at the bar with dirty glasses and having to ask to be cleaned and waited on, that's not service!

yesterday I was early to catch a train home so I went into TGI Fridays.....approx. 2:30p.m., the bar was filled but the bartender handled the crowd with ease. So kind, so attentive, cleaning when not serving customers.........not ruffled. EXCELLENT service and great mixologist......her name is JENNIFER B. 0207 table 993 Svr Chk: 56 time: 15:09 10/08/19 Because of this lovely woman, I will be back the next time in NYC!!!!

I like, not love, TGI Friday's, and I was at two in NYC this week. The one heading to Broadway had no atmosphere. Neither does the one at Penn Station. When I walked into the bar to sit down and eat, I thought I had walked into the oven. The fans didn't help the tropical heat in the place. The counters were disgusting, hadn't been cleaned (the waitress said the previous staff hadn't cleaned up). I was then handed my menu which resembled a CSU piece of evidence: different things (I think I noticed ketchup but the DNA won't be back for a week) and God knows what else was all over it. I know it's NY, but two beers and a bacon cheeseburger for...$40? Crazy. The only good thing was being able to use the bathroom code and use their bathroom instead of the disgusting one at Penn Station. Two trips to TGI Friday, close to $100 spent, and will never go back to either of those locations.

Horrible staff, even worse manager. They keep the a/c to a minimum, so it's very hot inside. Got a beer and it was 3/4 full. A lot of foam. Over priced food for a T.G.I. Friday's. Manager also told me I have to used the public restrooms not there's. He just sits at the bar and laughs at the complaints.
