The food and service was not I was expected at all. It was very uncomfortable and the environment was not good. We were sitting right next to the door and the air from the heater was too strong that we couldn’t even open our eyes. Also the server was not nice. I felt like they were by next to me and listen our conversation. It was very awkward experience.

Busy spot with quick and easy service. Fun range in cocktails, crab fried rice is delicious and they had pork cheeks (served with thai chili slices and ginger, which was perfect), which is one of my favorite appetizers.

All flavorful

The best Thai restaurant I’ve been to so far. They accommodate requests so don’t be afraid to ask. The food arrived to our table in 15 minutes after placing an order! The Pad Thai Boran is insanely delicious, best I’ve ever had. The Crab Fried Rice Lava was so delicious too. I still remember what it felt like to have the first bite of both these dishes last night. This restaurant is where passion and excellence for food meet. The Dunk Tank cocktail was an interesting choice, I would say order it if you like sweet floral drinks. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you guys for an incredible dining experience.

This place is so good that i am afraid too many people knows about it. You know many Thai restaurants in the city is hard to get a table because of the influencers. Love the curry shirmp sooooo much!!!

One of my favorite Thai spots in NYC. I’ve been here three times already and tried the seasonal menu this time. Everything here is so flavorful and honestly memorable. The shrimp with shrimp paste was crispy, juicy, and full of umami. The raw crab was super fresh with that fiery garlic chili flavor that hits just right. The fried fish rice was spicy, crunchy, and comforting. Every visit feels like discovering a new favorite, and it’s always worth the trip uptown.

We visited this place upon the recommendation of a friend. The food is amazing and they are very prompt serving the dishes. The attentive staff refills our water without asking, ensuring we stay hydrated throughout our meal. We particularly enjoyed the Tod Mun Goong, a dish of juicy and crispy shrimp cakes with ground pork. It was so delicious that we’ll definitely return just for that.

Another highlight was the Paloh Hang, a dish of tender meat served with a sweet sauce. It reminded us of Hamonado, a Filipino dish. We also tried the Zabb Hang, a dry rice noodle dish that we found more enjoyable than the Pad Thai.

While the restaurant is very busy, especially during dinner, we recommend making reservations if you’re planning to dine with more than four people. Additionally, they only allow 90 minutes of dining, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Overall, our experience at Paloh Hang was excellent and highly recommended.

I finally made it over to Tha Phraya and have to say — the Ka Prow Beef is the move. Spicy, fragrant, a little smoky, and the kind of heat that sneaks up on you in the best way. The basil cuts through rich beef perfectly, and when you throw it over rice with that runny egg on top, it’s just one of those dishes you don’t want to end.

Plenty of good Thai spots in the city, but this one feels like it has some soul behind it. The Ka Prow Beef alone makes Tha Phraya worth putting on repeat.

Pad Ka-Prow and Chicken Khao-Soi were delicious, especially the Chicken Khao-Soi which was rich and savory, I scooped every drop of the soup.
