This place has its charm. Such good prices and the food is great quality. Best Pad See Yu I have had in a while and really amazing spring rolls. Mango sticky rice is very good but they likely use butter in it.

Pretty cozy spot for sushi/thai fare. Staff is nice & the price seems fair.

Great staff. The Miso Salmon was delicious. It was on a bed of mixed vegetables with a side of rice and Miso Soup. Large portions too. Definitely recommend this dish. The Ikura sashimi was tiny.

Small place, large menu. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the different options ranging from sushi to pork chops. I enjoyed my meal and plan to stop in again if I'm in the

This used to be my go to place for lunch but I found bugs in my food and vegetable were old or not cleaned.

I'm not sure why this place is highly rated, the food is subpar. Got some sushi, the Spring Rolls, and the Tom Kha Gai Soup. The rice in the sushi was undercooked, and the soup was water-y with undercooked vegetables in it.I want to note they do have beer options for dine in, it was nice to have a Asahi with dinner at least!

I have been to Sakura Sushi & Thai Cuisine a few times and I really appreciate how they are able to serve delicious and inexpensive sushi at a relatively low price point for Manhattan. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our Thai Iced Teas for only $3.50, which is a steal compared to the prices of Thai Iced Teas at other restaurants! My friends enjoyed their special rolls and avocado rolls. This time I got the Salmon Donburi, which comes with Miso Soup and 12 slices of salmon sashimi. The miso soup and rice were prepared well. The salmon was only okay in my opinion. The cuts of salmon could have been better, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless and will come back. I got full quickly so I took the rest to go. The ambiance of the place is nice though, it's in a great location, and the food came out relatively fast.

Lunch special is such a good deal here and the food was delicious. The eggplant dish, pad se yu, and massaman curry are spectacular. The only thing that was lacking flavor was the pad Thai but the other dishes are fantastic.

Great food and a great price. We got the pad Thai and peppered steak for entrees, and some peach soju. The food came out quick and was very delicious! Highly recommend checking out this neighborhood gem!

Subpar sushi experience. Salmon tasted bland, ingredients subpar. Not sure what all the fuss is about.

Hidden gem. Service was on point, and the food was amazing. Don't judge a book by its cover. Most hole in the walls places have the best food. I'm definitely coming back!!
