The Better Crumb (Pre-Order Pick up & Delivery only)

An exceptional experience! As a first time customer I placed an online order, shortly after normal business hours for chocolate chip cookies. I provided the delivery address. To my surprise I received a confirmation email not long after I placed my order and asking if an 11am delivery that next morning would be acceptable. I said yes, and at 10:58am the cookies were delivered. They were delicious! Great service, delicious product!

The Piped Flower cupcakes were def the WOW of my babyshower. Not only they look AMAZING, they taste SO GOOD! Pauline is very responsive, considerate and willing to work with my blue theme request. I highly recommend these cupcakes to anyone who wants beautiful deliciousness to make lovely memories ~

My mouth dropped when I saw my beautiful custom birthday cookies! I grinned the whole walk to the train. They were very well done in luxurious royal icing, and they were wrapped nicely with a cohesive-colored ribbon. Out of all the bakeries I emailed about custom cookies, Pauline was the only one who responded quickly to confirm she could do them on time, and her pricing was excellent. She also didn't require a minimum order, and I only needed a dozen. They were ready right on time and perfectly packaged for the long trip home. I can't wait for my guests to see and taste these, and I will certainly be ordering again.

The Best Cookies Ever! Not your ordinary cookie - very substantial, with huge chunks of amazing chocolate. We bought them as a gift - and are so glad we did. Our son was thrilled to get them, and they were delivered on time - super fast turnaround. Very special - Thank you!

This bakery feels out of place in New York City, in a lovely way. It’s very personal, like something you’d see in a small town, where someone sells baked items out of their home. At the same time, the experience was very professional from start to finish, from the ordering experience on the website to the nice pastry box the cookies came in. I got the macadamia nut cookies and they were fantastic. Generous amounts of white chocolate and macadamia nuts, and the cookies here are made to order so they smelled incredible, literally a few minutes out of the oven. I’d order from here again, I’m curious about a few of their other items. Seems like this would also be a nice gift for a lover of baked goods.

I have had a lot of great cookies in my life... Brookline Pizza Spa, those lovely thin and crispy cookies from the grocery, and more than my fare share of home made, extra sugar, extra vanilla, chocolate chip delights that we all know and love. I have NEVER had a better cookie than these right here though, from The Better Crumb. My GOODNESS! They are divine, luxurious, rich, sweet, savory, crispy, chewy, mmmmm (soo d**m good.) If you can get them fresh, do! but if not thats ok also because they taste just as good after siting around for a couple of days in my house (this is rare though because the bag almost always disappears on day one.)I cannot recommend these cookies enough. Get a mix the first time and pick your favorite... then go from there. I am a s***** for the chocolate chip but to each their own of course.Seriously though, treat yourself, do yourself a favor, get these cookies!

Irresistible, nostalgic, comforting, these cookies are the best. You can seriously taste the difference that love and care make with The Better Crumb. The cookies I ordered were filled with gooey chocolate chunks and were thick and crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. This place knows what they’re doing.
