I have passed this pub many times and made a mental note to stop in, having read a diary of one of the last inhabitants of the Blaskets. I finally paid a visit today and was not disappointed. First and foremost, there was a photo of Irish Antarctic explorer, Tom Cream, on the wall, as well as a photo of the diarist I had read. One of the owners, Liam, was tending bar as the rest of the crew was out for the annual staff celebration dinner. The pub is clean and inviting and, on this Monday evening, had a diverse group of obvious regulars. The food coming out of the kitchen all looked great and the Everything Salad I ordered was absolutely fresh. It was a completely enjoyable experience.

Classic neighborhood Irish pub. Went for happy hour on a Wednesday and got two rounds of drinks which were both really good. Didn’t try any of the food but definitely will next time. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

This place is a gem!!! The food is great and you feel like you are taking a beer surrounded by friends and family. For a while you feel like NYC is a small town where everyone knows everyone. It is a magical feeling.

First review in my life but this place deserve it! The owner was kind and nice to us, he turned off the ac when he saw I was putting my shirt on and always came to check how we was doing. We had cheese quesadillas, hummus and coleslaw salad and everything was absolutely amazing. Price wise it doesn’t seem you are in New York because everything was like 10$ more or less. Beer selection is awesome, you can have a sour beer for 9 bucks which is unbelievable. Great place, highly recommended!
