The food was good, however they added in a 20% tip for 4 people. That usually if it's 6 people or more. I then realized it a few days later, that another 20% tip was added in that I did not sign for. My bill with tax was $139.35 + $20.60 tip = $164.95. I got charged $190.55. If there was small print; I missed it. Beware of this!

Got the pork bowl and esquites. Pork bowl was a good portion and was warm. Pork was tender and well seasoned. Ordering was a bit tricky because you have to use QR codes and reception in the mall is trash. Once I got on the Hudson Yard wifi it was fine. The Hudson Yard wifi will ask for your email so use 10minutemail and a VPN to avoid getting spammed.

My wife and I went in at 7:30 and there were a decent amount of customers but they weren't that busy. Yet I was ignored and passed over in favor of female customers that were actually behind me.10 minutes later they finally took my order, and the bartender acted like he did me a favor for the food since the kitchen was about to close. Like it's my fault I waited 10 minutes.The beer: tasted ok but came out flat, no head at all.Beer_cheese dip: it was very frustrating not to be able to taste the dip properly, when the idiots serve it with the saltiest supermarket variety nacho chips, otherwise it would have tasted great.Moral of the story: the place lives up to its name given the staff's disposition. Maybe if they got some young Brooklynites to work there instead, it may improve the place tenfold. I'm surprised, given what the rent must cost to be in that building.
