Ordered Bruffins for Christmas Eve a month in advance. Never arrived on time when they had a month to deliver. Customer service was non existent. Would not recommend.

I just got my Bruffin today and I am so disappointed ???? to be totally honest the Bruffin should not be eaten. I wanted to impress a couple of friends and have them over for brunch tomorrow but I can't serve these things. ???? This is unacceptable to say the least. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking money from a old POOR BLACK women who just wanted to show my 2 friends a nice time. Shame!Shame!Shame!!! On you. And of all people using Oprah's name to wheel people in, it should be against the LAW. If anyone ever recommend buying these Bruffin from you they should get 25 to life WITHOUT the possibility of parole.

The establishment doesn't treat its customers right! I ordered 6 count and received 4! They was packaged very poorly, I couldn't even eat them! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! They didn't even try to replace my order. I'm not sure why Oprah had it on here recommended cafe.#stayclear,#worstcustomerservice

Ordered these for my father's birthday off of amazon. They did not come with any preparation instructions or identification of what each bruffin was. My parents said they were stale and not flavorful at all. My wife contacted the owner about a replacement or refund. The company refused any of our requests. What a rip off when you pay $95 for 12 of these things.

Sweet Baby Jesus!!!!!! These things are amazingly DELICIOUS! It was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth that I didn't want to end! I won a box in a contest and I can easily say I WILL be buying lots more!
