Justin, our bartender, was absolutely outstanding, and Kevin, the barback, showed incredible attentiveness. Together, they made an amazing team! They ensured we felt welcomed and well cared for. The cocktails were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was exceptional. They had us laughing the entire time, making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Located within the iconic Grand Central Terminal, this historic bar and lounge offers a charming old-school rustic ambiance. Their Negroni and Penicillin cocktails are exceptional—be sure to request Ardbeg for the latter. While the food menu is limited to classic bar bites, every dish we sampled was packed with flavor. The service is quick and attentive, adding to the experience. However, it tends to get especially crowded on Thursday nights, so it's advisable to wait for a spot inside.

beautiful space ! Scott was our bartender and he was an absolute Gem, so professional and it’s so hard to find these days . I came in .. in a somewhat not good place with my partner and Scott cut right through any awkwardness and we left in a much better place because of him. Don’t lose him! he’s a keeper !

I had an incredible experience at The Campbell over the holidays. Nothing quite like ending a date night with a nightcap and some live Christmas jazz music at one of the best bars in NYC. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living in NY for two years, I finally made it to this bar with my best friend who is visiting NY, and it was totally worth the night! The vibe is amazing, it’s classy, cozy, and perfect for hanging out with besties or a date night. Thanks to Justin, our bartender was super friendly and made custom drinks based on what we liked. Each one was spot-on and delicious. We even got some complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch!
Definitely a place I’ll return to! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a chill yet elegant spot to enjoy great drinks and good and vibes!

This is hands down our favorite spot in Midtown! The atmosphere is mellow and moody, the cocktails are delightful, and the snacks are absolutely delicious. The staff has been exceptional during both of our visits, especially Tara B. She not only secured us a fantastic table but also shared a list of her favorite local spots to explore. We've just returned from our visit, and we're already counting down the days until we can go back!

For somewhere that many describe as hidden, it does get rather busy.

We got lucky with timing and got what I would call the best seats in the house. At the end of the bar, watching the bar staff make the drinks.

Super attentive staff, as soon as my partner closed the drinks menu “what can I get you both”. In a flash, drinks come back expertly made.

I went for the Campbell Dirty Martini, normally I’m a gin, extra dry, straight up with a twist kinda guy. But occasionally a dirty martini is what’s required. I was not disappointed.

Followed up with a Manhattan, when in Rome, right?
Again a great cocktail! Loved every sip.

This spot stands out for its atmosphere, which is the main draw above all else. It’s truly one-of-a-kind and intriguing. While the drinks are decent, the steep prices do knock it down a notch. The food menu, however, is quite simple and rather peculiar, featuring items like olives, mini lobster rolls, and chocolate chip cookies—an odd mix, to say the least.

Given its small size and tendency to get crowded, reservations are highly recommended. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit regularly, but its historical charm makes it worth a visit.

There is no place better to pop into than the Campbell, especially during the holidays. Our server (Justin) is always the kindest, funniest and most welcome host. Even after a year he remembered both me and my order! Between that and the live piano I am a patron for life. Happy holidays!
