Found the chai spot a little disappointing compared to what I was expecting. Loved that they had a lot of chai options including decaf chai tea, but found the drinks to be just OK. Did not like the vibe of the space inside- lots of people and noisy. Outside was better but would not come again.

Had an awful experience. Ice cold pink tea with ton of sugar. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Super expensive for no reason. Waste of money and time . ??

The cashier refused to accept cash as payment unless it was the exact change. This is illegal in NYC. They couldn’t even change $20 for me. Please keep some cash in your register, that would be really helpful.

Great ambiance and wide selection of cold and hot drinks. I asked Dee with the anime shirts what drinks he suggets and both his suggestions were fantastic !! I ended up having 2 different chais and both were great ! Thank you Dee ! Only thing is it is a bit on the pricier side but I understand given the rent in NYC is not cheap . I look forward to coming back .
