I love the Churchill. The ambiance and decor are the best as someone who loves all things England.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life. The batter was rubbery and the fish was rather dry. It seems as if I also got the bloodline. There also was a noticeable absence of salt which caused a lack of flavour, save for grease notes. Service, whatever, it’s a tavern. As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s a lovely place and reminds me of home however the noise level is invasive. The music is so loud that the patrons have to scream to be heard which makes it even worse. A British Tavern is not supposed to be loud and I’m a Brit.

My friend selected this restaurant, she wanted to attend a Sunday Roast for her Bday, we were really looking forward to it. Very festive, we were seated at a booth at the end which was great for conversation, we weren't under the speakers with music. I was hoping to have to Roast Pork, it was not available. My friend ordered Roast Beef (roast menu), I ordered Shepherds Pie (regular menu). Roast beef, meat was tough, not flavorful, Popovers were greasy, immediately sent back, now trying the chicken pot pie. My Shepherds pie meat was very salty, tasted of too much worstechire sauce. I only ate the whipped potatoes on top, which was tasty, then ordered a salad. Chicken pot pie, vegetables tasted like packaged frozen vegetables, celery was still hard, also sent back. Food looked really good, but you know the saying, looks can be deceiving sorry no pics of my food. Country Cobb Salad (minus canned mandarines) was a nice big portion for us to share, dressing was good, thankfully salads are hard to mess up. Being at the booth on the end, kind of backfired because we ended up waving & waiting to be seen for reorder of drinks & food but the young man was understanding & we weren't charged for the 2 meals sent back. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend for dinner, we trekked here from the Upper Westside for a Bday dinner, far from worth it. Drinks were standard, Gin & tonic + beers.

British pub on American soil. Offered Sunday Roast dinner on Sundays. Tap selection is geared toward American but there are two English beers available.

Top-tier dining experience. Staff members deliver outstanding service quickly with amazing cuisine. Their dishes combine flavor, freshness, and visual appeal successfully. The area around this restaurant stays busy after dark. All our selections were tasty!! I'm excited to return!

Reminded me of home, it looked a lot like the dark boozers of tourist London with its dark wooden panels. Was a perfectly reasonable place to stop in for a drink.

An English tavern named after Churchill that flies the EU flag instead of the English or British flag.

Right outside the station, pours a great Guinness and the people who work there are so nice!!
If you are under 80 you may feel a little out of place.
