The Clocktower offers a refined yet cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect place for a memorable meal. From the moment you walk in, the charming ambiance with its elegant decor and attentive staff sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience.
The menu is a delightful mix of classic and contemporary dishes, crafted with the finest ingredients. Every plate is a work of art, with bold flavors and meticulous presentation. The seafood is always fresh, and the steaks are cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert selection is equally impressive, with rich, indulgent options that are sure to satisfy.
What truly stands out at The Clocktower is the exceptional service. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, always ensuring you feel well taken care of without being intrusive. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely dinner or celebrating a special occasion, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can tell the restaurant genuinely cares about every detail.
Overall, The Clocktower is a top-tier dining experience that combines great food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to visit again and again.
The Edition’s Clocktower possesses an ambiance difficult to come by in the day to day. As if taking a step through a Time Machine, the timeless masterpiece of scrumptious delicacy and taste is a dim-lit, mystical, and calming space for all whom stop by. Such a classic and tasteful setting, yet with a modern twist, and talented chefs and hard-working connoisseurs alike of industry professionals, brings one to sanctuary close to that of NYC paradise. Cheers.
The Clocktower is an exceptional dining experience that blends classic elegance with modern charm. The ambiance is sophisticated yet welcoming, perfect for a special night out. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — the roasted chicken and truffle mac & cheese were standout favorites. The service was attentive and professional, making us feel truly cared for. A hidden gem in the city that’s well worth a visit!
I'll put this spot on my must-visit list for my next trip here. The dishes were incredibly tasty. Learning customer preferences shows you care. This place deserves its good reputation. Remarkably pleased.
Great atmosphere!
This bar is located on the second floor of the hotel. It’s really beautiful and chic inside. It’s dark and has pictures of famous artists throughout the rooms. We sat in the bar but I could tell the dining area was pretty with a fireplace and the other room had a pool table which is cool. The bar was nice and the bartender shared his favorite drinks with us. I had a cucumber drink and my friend had a passionfruit one which were both great. Overall I had a good time.
Arrived a bit early-able to be seated promptly. We enjoyed seared scallops, Scottish egg, cocktail, Beef Wellington for two, fish and chips, baked Alaska, and sticky toffee pudding. Beef Wellington takes quite a bit longer, for which our server Adriana informed us about at the time we ordered -be prepared to wait for your meal. For our group, the two entrées and the sticky toffee pudding were the winners. Chips need some work- they are just mediocre, but the fried cod was perfect, not just good. Baked Alaska is impressive to watch, but it’s not a spectacular tasting dessert. They appear to be working through some teamwork issues, spoke to the manager who was receptive and engaging re our concerns. We have recently experienced an impeccable dining experience at a sister Starr establishment in Philly (Parc), leading us to select this restaurant tonight. I would not let that deter me from trying this establishment in the near future.
The food is mediocre and extremely salty. But the worst part was the service. I was led to a seat that was closed to AC. It was so freezing and told the manager. But the manager gave me an attitude, saying everybody was hot only you are cold.…. This was unbelievably rude and extremely inappropriate. Will never come back again
Good restaurant but for the price point there is much better options in nyc. The main dining restaurant lacks a bit of atmosphere. We were also rushed off towards the end of meal when wanted to take our time. The beef wellington was good but it should be for $130
WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! The waiters are super unprofessional. We were told that our table would be ready for sure in half an hour but had to wait for more than an hour to be seated even with a reservation. Nobody at the reception asked us for a coat check. We were assigned to a table beside the fireplace facing the kitchen door that looks like as if the table was set up on the spot. The menu was confusing with only Christmas prix fixe and doesn’t have the beef Wellington on it which was what we came to this restaurant for. All the waiters walked aimlessly, and no one came to our table to ask how the food was for once, which is the service I would expect to receive at any restaurant, notwithstanding that The Clocktower is a Michelin restaurant. The Foie Gras was okay, the beef tartare was mid, and the beef Wellington tasted like they put in 10 tablespoons of salt.

We came here on a recent trip to NYC. We came specifically for the beef Wellington for 2 which certainly delivered. It was cooked perfectly! They do give you a heads up when ordering that it takes 45 minutes. We knew we would be full from that so we skipped appetizers. Our waitress was great. It was very dark in the dining room we were in but it was very cozy with a fireplace. The only service hiccup was a food runner from the kitchen attempted to deliver food to our table that wasn't ours, it was for the table next to us. Then later on the same guy went to deliver food to the table on the other side of us, but it was not their food either but a table towards the front of the room. Not a big deal, just something to note! We overall enjoyed our meal here and would definitely recommend the Wellington

Terrible service. Manage to mix sparking water with flat.. didn’t ask if my wife wanted flat or sparking… poured sparkling then my wife told the server that she wanted flat, the waiter then poured flat right into sparkling water… I guess this is a new water mix. Then the waiter manages to spill sparkling water all of my glass and table. Didn’t wipe the table and left and I needed to ask for the table to get cleaned. Beyond that I had ask multiple times to get water. In terms of food it was so so beef Wellington was fine. Very disappointing. Lack of training or maybe they just don’t care. What this type of service doesn’t matter even if they have most amazing food, still terrible experience. I have emailed management at the restaurant so far no response yet. We ate there last week.

Rarely leaves a review. This is the worse dinning experience. Booked a reservation for 8:45pm, we were told the previous group didn’t left and need to wait another 15min. We ended up got seated at 9:40pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We finished ordering at 9:45pm, waited for another 25 minutes for appetizers to arrive. We only ordered raw appetizers, which I’m wondering how in the world can those appetizers take 25 minutes to make. The manager sent complimentary snacks which are 4 slices of dried bread with salty tasting butter, and a plate of salad that’s probably being returned by someone else. After finishing all the appetizers, we waited for another 20 minutes for the main dish. Beef Wellington is poorly cooked, the outside is completely cold, the chef didn’t even bother to properly heat the frozen Wellington brought from supermarket. Shepherds’ pie was so salty and oily. It’s impossible to enjoy.
The service was a nightmare as well. Servers didn’t know how to pour water. Littler half bottle of the water were poured out without an apology.
Because we were seated so late, the service team keep rushing us.
WORST SERVICE AND FOOD. DO NOT RECOMMEND
