An Absolute UWS Gem! Consulate UWS is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in the neighborhood. The ambiance is chic and sophisticated, yet it maintains a warm, welcoming soul that makes you want to linger over every course.
The food was spectacular, but what truly made our night was our server, Bebe. If you want the ultimate experience, ask for their section! Bebe was absolutely lovely—attentive, charming, and a total expert on the menu. Every single one of their recommendations was a home run. It’s rare to find service that is this polished yet genuinely personal. Between the vibe, the flavors, and Bebe’s world-class hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for a better night. We will definitely be back!
