Terrible service. I went with a friend and my wife; From the entrance we were mistreated, the woman at the entrance with a very bad attitude; Immediately the bartender yelled at me for no apparent reason, they charged me $120 for two beers and a Whiskey, they only accept cash. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to speak to me.
Then I asked for at least a refund of the money I paid for the tickets and they refused to do so.
As for the facilities, in my opinion it is not a nightclub, it looks like a quinceañera party room.
I didn't last more than 20 minutes in the place, I will certainly not return.

Went to The Copa NYC for a fashion runway show, including a champagne reception and an after party. I give this venue a 4 star rating; the event I went to go see was excellent for the main show, but my champagne reception was limited to only 1 glass, and the after party had a completely different atmosphere from the show, they started playing a Latin pop mix and I lost interest in staying very quickly.

Price online is different than at the door and the workers do NOT honor it even if shown proof and are extremely rude about it, the place looks rundown, the dj was bad, the drinks are overpriced and not worth it. Plus I was informed after the fact that a couple of employees had made my girl feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and honestly I see why they closed down in the first place.
