Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent food. Would definitely eat here again. They also have an amazing selection of single malt whiskies!

Horrible server-manager-bartender ( it’s all one person on that day!)Came here to have some food and drinks during one of beautiful day during fall. The waiter named Josh ( tall guy with long hair) came to us, took our order. Food came first , drinks after. Ok I understand it was busy and seemed like he only one who was working there for that day … but we kindly asked if we can have some silverware and he gave us attitude without anything being said to him back. The food was really good and we wanted to order more but instead of that he brought us check and told us to leave without any explanation. My partner was trying to get any answers but he was being a pus?sy and start yelling at us … very disrespectful and disappointed about our visit to this place

There are places and then there are places. Both Copper Still East and Chelsea are fantastic bars with a nice atmosphere, the beer is the same as everywhere. Good hang.

This lovely bar is ruined by the dodo bartender and his horrible taste in music, which is too loud to even have a conversation with the person next to you without yelling.

I came to The Copper Still on a whim looking for a chill place to grab a burger and some drinks. Does not disappoint. The burger was excellently flavored. Not too much lettuce or tomato on the bun. And the fries were so good I ordered another side of them when I closed my check. The servers were attentive and the drinks came very fast. Only minor complaint is that my burger came out well and I ordered it medium. That said, it was seasoned so well, it barely mattered. I would come back to check out their wings and happy hour. Thanks!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of choices for a vegetarian patron.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of options for vegetarians and lactose intolerant tolerant patrons.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is level with the sidewalk. And there’s plenty of space for a wheelchair.

Solid bar. Good pulled pork sandwich and shishito peppers. Friendly bartenders. Cozy neighborhood bar ambiance. Good pour of Guinness.

It was a cold night and this place was warm and cozy. Friday night, we walked in to check it out and stayed for two hours enjoying draft beer and a great selection of whiskey and bourbon. I would visit again to try food.

Mediocre food. The chicken sandwich was not that great. Thin slice of chicken. Add $6 for fries. Raw deal!

My friends and I were wandering the East Village in search of a post-dinner drink spot, when we happened upon The Copper Still. It was much more subdued than the crazy party happening at the college bar next door, but still had a substantial, yet calm, crowd. In fact, when we walked in, we were immediately able to grab a table, and we were also allowed to do so with committing to ordering only drinks. Our server was friendly and took excellent care of us. While the standard pub had a great custom cocktail list that utilized quality ingredients, I simply ordered a Black Cherry High Noon with Vodka. The bar had their happy hour specials listed on a blackboard, and they looked very reasonable with cocktails priced at $10, wines at $9, and more. Plus, the happy hour ran until 8:00 pm! I will have to return to check out those discounts.

Fun spot to stop by in general. I somehow always find myself here. Great food, service and drinks. You have to get their fries. The bacon infused ranch is addictive. Chicken sandwich is great too.

Fantastic happy hour with craft cocktail specials, and also food specials too. Overall drinks are affordable during peak, but off peak craft cocktails are $10 which is a steal in this ‘hood for a cocktail. Was able to get their chicken sliders not spicy so I was super happy! Cool vibes and good for hanging with friends without it being too loud or annoying people. One of my favorite East Village bars.
