The best hot chocolate I've EVER had!! Ever. I opted for oat milk. There are options.

My favorite café in all of Manhattan, with wonderful espressos, cappuccinos, and cream- or pistachio-filled croissants. The tomato focaccia is a classic Italian treat. Gabriele, Rezzi, and Iddi are incredibly friendly and, just like in Europe, happy to chat with and get to know their customers, creating a warm, familiar atmosphere—something quite rare in this city. Great background music, too. Sitting in front of my laptop with a good espresso has become my daily morning ritual.

I purchased a bottle of water here and asked to use the bathroom and the owner was very upset and told me I have to buy more to use the bathroom. The cafe was empty so I’m not sure if he was just frustrated that his business isn’t doing well or if this was a real policy. The owner should write that on a sign because it is NOT common practice for NYC, perhaps it is standard practice in Italy but not here
This is a very cozy shop. The croissants were delicious, especially the apricot. As was the golden latte.

We stop by for a coffee with my 3 y/o who was quiet and cute . And the Barista was very mean and unkind. But not just with us. He made everyone to feel unwelcome!

Excellent coffe, the Italian way, super friendly and welcoming staff, highly recommended!
Low quality matcha tastes fishy, and not mixed well. Expected better for almost $7 cup.
Pretty bad I had to throw it away

Cute coffee store with plenty of space to sit and work out of. The windowsill is a lovely place to see the city's bustle outside. Coffee is good!

The Coppola Cafe is a delightful escape from the city’s chaos. With its vintage decor, soft jazz music, and cozy seating, it feels like stepping into a European café. The cappuccino was creamy and rich, and the pistachio croissant was flaky and indulgent. The staff are warm and attentive, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit. It’s an ideal spot for slow mornings, casual catch-ups, or simply enjoying a good book with a better coffee. Everything from the ambiance to the service feels thoughtfully curated. Truly a hidden gem worth returning to.

Awful coffee, rude staff. Literally go anywhere else!
Left this review and they replied saying I came in to use the restroom and left? Sorry, I didn’t use the restroom, I bought an iced cappuccino and sat down. Your table fell apart on my lap, I left my full drink in your trash before leaving.. might want to check hon. Like I said, AWFUL customer service lol
