Cute coffee store with plenty of space to sit and work out of. The windowsill is a lovely place to see the city's bustle outside. Coffee is good!

The Coppola Cafe is a delightful escape from the city’s chaos. With its vintage decor, soft jazz music, and cozy seating, it feels like stepping into a European café. The cappuccino was creamy and rich, and the pistachio croissant was flaky and indulgent. The staff are warm and attentive, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit. It’s an ideal spot for slow mornings, casual catch-ups, or simply enjoying a good book with a better coffee. Everything from the ambiance to the service feels thoughtfully curated. Truly a hidden gem worth returning to.

Awful coffee, rude staff. Literally go anywhere else!
Left this review and they replied saying I came in to use the restroom and left? Sorry, I didn’t use the restroom, I bought an iced cappuccino and sat down. Your table fell apart on my lap, I left my full drink in your trash before leaving.. might want to check hon. Like I said, AWFUL customer service lol

I thought the staff was kinda rude, the hours were wrong on here
I loved this place. The flatbread was really good and the staff were so nice. The man behind the counter forgot my coffee and apologized, it wasn't a big deal but I appreciated how quick he got my coffee to me. Space is a little small and it can get kind of crowded and loud, honestly it didn't bother me personally but I know for some people it might be a lot.

The guy at the counter had a sour attitude, he made me feel uncomfortable I should’ve stepped out but I didn’t want to let the 45 bucks I spent go to waste.
Fantastic Espresso & friendly service. Closest coffee to Italy I’ve had.

Best lemon cake and best coffee I had in NY for sure. I love the atmosphere there and the way the employees communicate with each other. Feels like home :) keep it like this please
Great food and amazing coffee with lovely service.
Great Sammy and coffee. Thank you from Indiana.
The best cappuccino in the west village. Nice and cozy cafeteria, friendly staff!!!
The staff was super unfriendly and forced us to get something per person for every hour you stay even tho other members of the party already ordered something.
