I went here for my birthday on Friday night and Joe was our waiter. He is the best, so nice! Crosby Bar is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. Everything about this restaurant I love. Decor, food, and especially the expresso martinis!!

One of many stays here at The Crosby for us, but one of few times we have dined here. Like everything at this property, our dining was exceptional. Wonderfully fun decor makes for a great casual experience. Staff is exceptional. Food over the top good - fresh, diverse menu, grand presentations and just mouth watering. The watermelon salad with added grilled salmon was sweet and savory, a most satisfying meal. I dod not leave a morsel uneaten! The GF molten, chocolate cake was a dream dressed as a dessert plate. Licked that plate too. Thank you chefs!!!

Our server was extremely inattentive. I made it known that I would most likely want tea after my coffee and he never came to the table to check on us and was not even close by to get his attention

We dined at the Crosby bar after a few years and experience was beyond our expectations. The food was outstanding as well as service. Will definitely be back again soon.

We always have a wonderful time at the Crosby for our mother daughter tea. The decor is so whimsical and colorful. The selection of cakes and sandwiches were delicious and I especially love the scone with jam. It's a fun splurge!

The menu offers numerous delicious choices, as does the wine list. We particularly appreciated that the host suggested a quiet area as we wished to have a serious conversation. The decor is lively and inspires a happy mood. So, everything was terrific! I am looking forward to returning to try more of the food choices.

Very attractive setting. Very unimpressive afternoon tea. Stale bread, dry pastry, tiny portion of cream for two people, nothing particularly delicious.

This was our first visit, the food was amazing, great ambiance and very trendy spot. The Hostess, Dalia was very accommodating with our reservation. Definitely our go to spot for brunch.

We were there for afternoon tea. The place is beautiful! The presentation was very pretty. The scones & biscuits were delicious. The tea sandwiches were a little underwhelming, the other desserts were not bad but nothing outstanding. Staff is very attentive. It's a little pricey for what you get.

In spite of this establishment's Afternoon Tea service as being one of the top-rated in Manhattan, it still manages to miss several marks especially as compared to its peers in London. While most of the attributes are rated as 'good', they should be 'very good' or better for a tea of this stature and cost. You may not do better in New York City for an Afternoon Tea but you should be able to (unless, of course, you're willing to the outrageously priced Plaza Hotel tea). A few improvements would bring Crosby's tea up to a much higher standard.

I've been to The Crosby a few times for afternoon tea, but I noticed yesterday that the quality has dropped significantly. The staff and ambience are still really great, but the food quality is worse. The sandwiches were a bit stale and had less filling, the scones were not warm and fluffy like they were in the past, and the sweets were just fine and not amazing like before. It was still a fine afternoon tea, but knowing how much better it used to be, I was disappointed.

Fantastic food. Great ambience. Good service. Great work-out getting to the bathroom but I'll blame the architects for that. :) Still definitely worth it.

I requested and end table booth in the lounge by the bar and was seated in a middle table outside of the bar. I told the hostess about my OT request and she moved me, but not in the lounge as requested. The bread was stale, the French onion soup cheese was not melted, and the tuna tartare did not come with crackers. The whole experience from seating to eating was a disappointment and I was so excited to take my bestie here for our Scottsdale AZ foodie review. After 1 glass of rose, 1 mocktail, and a small burrata salad with tuna tartare appetizer, we left after $100 bill paid, starving, and sad.

they were actually just incredibly rude and really didn't seem to care about anything—especially the hostess

The food was excellent, the staff was attentive, and I loved the decor. I've been there a few times, but this is my first review. I'll be back.
