I love this deli.. it is a bit expensive but i expect that in the city… the lady that is there in the morning until about 4p is AMAZING… she takes care if me every time i go and makes sure my order is perfect.. weather i order in person or over the phone she is consistent.. today i got the most delicious acai bowl that she made me and it is amazing. She is the reason my review is a 10/10

Appalling-- one of the worst delivery experiences of my life. I ordered a spinach wrap-- they gave me a white roll-- I notified them via delivery.com. I was willing to accept a replacement-- my good luck they didn't want to. Rather they denied my request and were unwilling to give me a refund. They finally consented to a refund after they sent a driver to pick up the roll. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Very questionable food safety practices - went two times over the course of the weekend and they had yogurt for sale on a non refrigerated shelf
Super rude - instead of letting me pay for my food and leave, the cashier places a call to re-order supplies for the store while I’m right in front of her clearly waiting to pay. After a solid 5 minutes, she eventually called over another person to ring up my items, who rung it up completely wrong ($25 instead of $12), which I’m glad I noticed before paying. I will not be returning.
