We’ve been going to The Dutch for many years and have always admired how consistently delicious everything was - but no more. Sadly, the quality of the food has gone down significantly. The ceviche lacked in flavor. Avocado toast was literally charred (not in a good way). But, worst of all, the hanger steak with kimchi fried rice - the all time staple of The Dutch brunch - is now no longer on the menu. What a disappointment.

Service is great food just scrapes by as okay. Nothing noteworthy and no reason to go backBurger could do with more than 2 ingredients and if you ask how I’d like it cooked, perhaps cook it to specification

Amazing service. Our server was Fernando, he gave great food recommendations as well as explaining the dish. And recommended really delicious wine to pair with the food. Overall the food was excellent, so tasteful. And we couldn’t have asked for a better server. We will be back!

Overpriced, over-hyped, mediocrity. That pretty much sums up The Dutch. Went here with some girlfriends for a Sunday brunch with a reservation. The Wagyu burger ($22 - one of the least expensive items on the menu, which should be a red flag) was unseasoned, overcooked, piled with cheese, and over-processed to the point where the patty had the texture of canned dog food. The bun was white bread that disintegrated immediately. It was one of the saddest looking burgers I've ever had. Be prepared for nothing else on the plate -- fries cost $14 extra, so we ordered one for the table to share. Service was lacking - we might have ordered more had there been a human to talk to. Bathrooms were so dark you can't see what you're doing, with wet toilet paper strewn everywhere on the floor. For this price and this location, I expect better. Won't be returning.

I hate to admit but I had three glasses of the hot tin roof. My oh my it was refreshing and delicious. I couldn’t stop myself from only ordering one. It was my first time here and I was really looking forward to the fried chicken. I’m disappointed to say it didn’t leave me wanting more. The chicken was under seasoned. The crispness of the chicken was great. The seasoning wasn’t it. My friend felt she had better chicken from Popeyes and that’s upsetting. For $44, I had the steak and the kimchi fried rice. When I got the dish, I was appalled to see how small portion the food was. The steak was cooked well but my oh my the amount of food did not match the price. I personally won’t go back again. The service was wonderful and attentive. It sucks the food wasn’t as tasteful as I wish it was. We got the fries which was better than both of the main entrees. Sigh was definitely upset.

My guest and I have quite basic dietary issues - 1 vegetarian (eats lacto/ovo) one celiac. The brunch menu was not conducive to our needs - every entree includes bread and without it would seem paltry and it's very meat forward. They have been trending this way in the dinner menu for a while...but the brunch menu is a no go and will think again before coming in for brunch.

Good food and good drinks. The only thing negative was it was very loud and over crowded. (Thats what to expect when you go to a favorite restaurant. )

I feel like if I had eaten here when I was just starting to explore food this place would have blown my mind. The cocktails were above average though. It's not a bad dinner but it's so standard that I can't see myself going again.

Had a wonderful meal. From a fabulous selection of oysters to a beautiful presentation of caviar. The duck roll was delicious. the wagu burger was amazing. The disappointing meal ironically was the fried chicken which is the specialty. Perfectly cooked but lacked flavour. Overall would 100% recommend and will definitely go

I visited the Dutch excited to try the food. My party and I were seated at the bar and immediately after sitting there were 3 cockroaches going across the bar. I called over a waitress and she ignored me and called a manager. I told the manager and she simply asked me if I saw where they went. No one asked if I wanted to be moved or apologized for the inconvenience. My party and I walked out and the manager saw and shrugged her shoulders.

Thanks Dutch for a tasty lunch. Weather was great for being outside. Fried Chicken, Wagyu Burgers and perfect fries... yum! See you again soon.

I am so awful with names (and we had at least 3 cocktails each—which were to die for!) but our server was from Guatemala/Queens and absolutely amazing. Such good energy. We got the yellow tail carpaccio, the seafood tower with caviar added, and the waygu burger and salt and pepper fries!! All of it was beyond perfection. There is always one item I just don’t care for on a seafood tower but not this one!!! Thanks so much to the whole crew at The Dutch! Made our last full day in NYC unforgettable. This place was also super chill at 11am on a Saturday. I will say I am a Bloody Mary fanatic but I could leave this one—not bad, just shouldn’t be on any top bloody list of NYC. The gin drink with thyme though..Love!!
