Terrific restaurant in the heart of the city. Was looking for a fancier restaurant that wasn't crowded like most of the bars and restaurants. We were greeted with excitement and genuine hospitality. We were shown to our table, where the waitstaff elevated the experience with his friendliness and knowledge. Food was excellent, drinks were fantastic (especially their Old Fashion). I told the waitstaff that I had a gluten allergy and he knew immediately what I could order. When it came time for dessert, he recommended the buttermilk cherry ice cream, which is the best ice cream I've ever had. Its made in house and was phenomenal. The fact that our experience was so great, we decided to go back the very next night, b/c we knew what to expect and the service from the previous night was exceptional. Our second night did not disappoint. The excellent service continued. The waitstaff and management remembered us from the previous night and was delighted we returned. As someone who runs a large business and prides ourselves in providing great customer service, I was excited to see that The Dynamo Room believes in the same values. It tells me that they have great attention to detail, their training process is top notch, they hire only the best, and that they pride themselves in food quality. No doubt I will be back. They rank as one of my top favorites. Keep up the exceptional experience you provide to your guests.

My husband and I have been to Dynamo Room several times and we really love it. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the people who work there are wonderful. The location has gone through a tremendous redevelopment, and when we went most recently a performance had just let out at MSG and the area was electric. A really fun, delicious and beautiful evening!
