March3025 I was starving I was hungry and even sad ; I couldn’t whip up a meal and I wanted a burger . And I was in no mood to be picky so I walked in . It was not much people in there but I sat at the bar and ordered . Basically the burger was excellent I was just so full from the drink and fries which was great. I didn’t need another drink or meal . I did decided to play bingo in which I lost but indefinitely it was a memorable experience; I would go again on a night like that ; walking by the establishment can be intimidating because it can be very packed at times during the summer but do not get discouraged; I was treated with love and it definitely changed my mood from sad to grateful.i would come again in hopes to experience the same amour . Inside it was beautiful ; festive and good energy from workers; which is all the better .

My favorite burger in the city. Also, incredible service with really great and charming staff. Dog friendly inside and out which is also a plus. Great drinks with great prices. Honestly one of the coolest spots in Manhattan.

This place is gem! Went for brunch for a friend's birthday and we all had a great time. Their esspreso martinis are top notch. The food was also great. I had the steak and eggs and it was delicious. The service is great. The Waitress kept checking on us and bringing us drinks. The bartender is also amazing. We sat at the bar while we waited for the rest of the party and he was also amazing. Would definitely go back.

Factory 380 absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the very start, Colin (all the way in Ireland!) made the setup process a breeze—friendly, responsive, and made sure every detail was covered. Roo, our in-person host, was incredible—warm, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we walked in. And to the amazing bartender (I wish I could remember your name!), thank you for keeping the drinks flowing and the vibes high all night.
The open bar was phenomenal, the fact that we could play our own music made it feel like our party, and the space itself was perfect—great atmosphere, plenty of room, and such a fun energy. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made the night so memorable.
Highly recommend Factory 380 if you’re looking for an unforgettable night out. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s a very nice place and the food is good. Unfortunately the service is absolutely not up to par... we waited 45 minutes for our dishes. There were 7 of us and only one person at the table had his dish 20 minutes before the others. We didn’t get a smile from our waiter, and no service at our table (not enough cutlery...) We could have had a good time but the service didn’t allow it.

I rented the back room at The Factory 380 for my birthday and had an amazing time. I booked the space with Colin who was incredibly understanding and helpful. The space itself was perfect — small enough to feel intimate but big enough to fit my large party. We had our very own bartender making high quality, well crafted cocktails and could control the music so both drinks and vibes were top tier.
I’d highly recommend booking it for an event!

This place is a gem , from food, drinks , and dessert!!!! Everything was perfection and very kid friendly if you go early (I went on Sunday early for brunch). They had board games and the service was exceptional ( they’re very friendly and patient). I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good time with reasonable pricing.

Good music to dance to (has rhythm) but we encountered a bartender (has top bun & seemingly male) who treated us really terribly after we were really friendly & tipped well. He still gave us the wrong drink (ok, mistakes happen), then did not fix the mistake when we politely asked & was noticeably nicer the white group near us.
