I love this spot. The burger is one of the best in the city in my opinion. Drinks are all really good. Right now they have a cinnamon toast White Russian that just hits the spot right. I love that the burger comes with potato wedges. The bacon marmalade, ipa onions, and mustard aioli absolutely SLAP. They have a Taco Tuesday with great deals. This spot is a regular stop for me ever since I discovered it! This is a place I will be bringing friends and family who come to visit because the burger really is that good. And it’s affordable. Good spot to watch sports and they also have a dart board. Staff is great from my experience

The Occasional Traveler
My family and I were on vacation and happened to be in the vicinity when the Detroit Lions game was on. We happened to cross The Five Lamps, and figured we'd try to catch the game. Sure it was on a whim, but it turns out, The Five Lamps was the perfect place to watch the game! Our bartender Dan was fantastic! All the waitstaff were attentive, the place was clean, and it was a great spot to catch the game! The food was great bar fare, the prices were very reasonable, (especially for New York City!!!!!) and the most authentic Guinness I have ever had to date. (For real, full stop, no joke. This is a legitimate Irish bar; bartender Dan was more than happy to tell us about the lengths they go through to serve Guinness as authentically as possible.) My father and I had (2) pints each at $9 apiece. 10 out of 10, I will eagerly visit again! If you visit, give your regards to Dan for me!

place was chill, got there around 11:30 i think and we stayed for at least and hour. the bartenders were efficient, attentive, and made good drinks. i got a vodka cran (i think it was $9?) and a cosmo ($16?), my boyfriend got a beer ($6?) and a paloma ($16?). i would go back, it’s a good local place. they have some tvs and darts.

Great local bar. Absolutely LOVE it. I do need to say (without deducting stars) one of the servers on trivia night was very aggressive and almost threatening. He was a little scary; he kept badgering us. We understand you need to do your job and inform us of the rules, which we agreed to (although I did not hear them spoken or written anywhere, however I was quite tipsy), but be professional. My husband and I come on occasion, spend good money, tip well, and just want to have a good time. The world is crazy right now and we have a lot of personal stuff going on. Trivia night should be the least of everyone’s problems.

Stopped by for brunch. Asked for the Wasabi Bloody . Out of wasabi. Asked for the French Toast with whipped cream. Out of whipped cream. They did give my doggo a big bowl of water though. He enjoyed it very much, along with the French toast. He too is a fan of whipped cream though and was disappointed not to get any.
