I only ordered beer but the waiter had a face that wasn't inviting. In other words he looked upset that I was there. I didn't want to think that my race had anything to do with it but he sure made me feel that way. I will never return even though I go to school around the corner.

I came here this morning (7/28/24) with my psychiatric service dog. The manager, who is in the photo below, kept telling me over and over that my dog was not a service dog. I found this very off-putting and out of touch, considering the federal regulation surrounding service animals. I have PTSD and the task Carson performs on me is tactile stimulation. I tried to brush off the situation, but somebody should probably educate this octogenarian manager, before the diner gets into a sticky legal situation.
Don’t second guess going here.. it is the best diner in the area!! From the food, service, to the atmosphere.. 5 stars!!
