BEWARE! My friend got roofied after ordering a couple of shots. Ended up getting robbed afterwards and was unable to move. Beware ladies this establishment has shady people around and security definitely did not do their jobs checking for any kind of substance. They need extra security when going in and thoroughly searching people. Absolutely unacceptable and my friend ended up in the hospital for a full day and now has to pay a huge bill for this ridiculous night.

I honestly had one of the worst cocktail experiences of my life here. The drinks were completely unbalanced — nothing about them worked, which is pretty shocking for a place that markets itself as a rooftop cocktail bar.
What made it worse was the service. The waiters actually held onto my debit card and never gave it back before I left, treating me as if I was trying to skip out on paying. That kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I strongly suggest avoiding this place. There are countless rooftops in New York City that actually know how to serve cocktails with respect for both the drink and the customer. Fleur is absolutely not one of them.

The Fleur Room in NYC is a chic rooftop lounge with stunning panoramic views of the skyline, including the Empire State Building. Very Clicky & Weird. Let white girls in without a promoter for free but made every woman of color come in w one. Was told “who do you know?” Like 10 times. Mind you I’m a model….The scenery inside is nice but there’s liquor all over the floor and it’s sticky. Front bouncer is rude !!!!!!!

Went on a Friday night with my two friends and we had so much fun! The space was decently sized with a lot of people and the vibes were good. I would definitely come back and I think fridays are the best night to come!

Came here for mini martini hour. It’s a cute concept & I think the drinks & small bites are reasonably priced. Service was a little off though & it seemed like we were being rushed to go as soon as it hit 8 p.m. Cute ambiance with nice views of the city. Not sure if I’d visit again though.

We had so much fun at the Fleur Room last weekend! We went for their mini martini happy hour and it was such a neat experience. The food was also really good, and the views were great. Definitely recommend for happy hour in the city!

Is one of my bad experiences of picking up a date place for me and my boyfriend, it’s so tiny and not hygienic ( not clean at all specially the seating tables and the toilets) if you want to be their make sure you have what to plug your ears with because is so loud ! The should put the sound isolated

Had an extremely disappointing experience with the agent who checks you just before the rooftop elevator.
Incident #1: He tried to separate me from my two other friends in the name of bag checking. I experienced this first time ever in any space and was such a weird thing to do. He asked my friends to board the lift and then stopped me to check my bag. He could have easily checked us all together and sent us together, but no. Anyways my friends got off the elevator and waited for him to check me before we could all board together.
Incident #2: He didn’t want me to carry my water bottle up so he took it and kept in a designated place - from which I was supposed to pick up when I leave the place. This designated shelf was completely empty with just one other bottle. I come out of the place is just around 1 hr and he had already thrown it away. I was so pissed specially since I like to carry water with me at all times for emergencies and just for drinking. He claimed that he ask me if I wanted it when I was boarding the elevator and I did not answer. But I do not recall the question at all. Regardless he could have not actively tried to get ride of it.
The food was ok. The ambience was nice, but the overall experience was highly disappointing. It breaks my heart a bit every time I have to write a negative review like this but my only hope though this process is that the place takes some action so that no one else faces any kind of negative encounters which are easy to avoid.
