We were celebrating a hallmark moment and entered that info when we reserved. Upon arriving on time at 6 we were escorted to the bar area and NOT the room with the windows and beautiful views as advertised. We were given a small couch pressed against the bar with our backs to a window facing the hall. The room for walkins. I spoke with the hostess and she said she had reservations for the other room. The room was not full. She was unhelpful snide and couldn't care less. I was devastated. There are better places with beautiful views and actual customers care. Go there instead.

You get served all of your drinks in plastic cups. You can't drink martinis out of plastic cups and think that you're at a nice place.

Fun little long with great atmosphere and views. One downside was that the martinis we ordered came in plastic martini glasses. Hard to keep them chilled when they're in a plastic cup.

We were thrown out bc they didnt accept apple pay. Keep in mind we were not told this!!! So we ordered our drinks and got sat down, drinks came and then they tell us we need a card, i told them i could pay with apple oay cause we domt carry a card. They immediately took our drinks and threw us out. Should have given us a heads up that they dont accept apple pay. Very very poor service. Will never go back again.

BEWARE! My friend got roofied after ordering a couple of shots. Ended up getting robbed afterwards and was unable to move. Beware ladies this establishment has shady people around and security definitely did not do their jobs checking for any kind of substance. They need extra security when going in and thoroughly searching people. Absolutely unacceptable and my friend ended up in the hospital for a full day and now has to pay a huge bill for this ridiculous night.

I honestly had one of the worst cocktail experiences of my life here. The drinks were completely unbalanced — nothing about them worked, which is pretty shocking for a place that markets itself as a rooftop cocktail bar.
What made it worse was the service. The waiters actually held onto my debit card and never gave it back before I left, treating me as if I was trying to skip out on paying. That kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I strongly suggest avoiding this place. There are countless rooftops in New York City that actually know how to serve cocktails with respect for both the drink and the customer. Fleur is absolutely not one of them.

Very Clicky & Weird. Let white girls in without a promoter for free but made every woman of color come in w one. Was told “who do you know?” Like 10 times. Mind you I’m a model….The scenery inside is nice but there’s liquor all over the floor and it’s sticky. Front bouncer is rude !!!!!!!

Wonderful Happy Hour experience. The staff (server and table cleaning crew)were attentive and friendly. Food was very tasty and the mini happy hour drinks and cocktail drinks were delicious. The views were amazing especially at sunset. I loved the esthetics of the floral theme throughout the hotel including the server uniforms were beautiful. Overall it was a happy fun vibe with seeing other guests enjoying themselves. I will definitely return.
