Spent a lot of money and time getting tickets to a Halloween event here. Bouncer in the red shirt and glasses was entitled and rude and didn’t let multiple people from our group in for any reason at all. Bouncer in the black shirt knew the guy wasn’t making any sense and didn’t speak up. Don’t have ticketed events if you aren’t going to let people in, makes no sense. Avoiding Tao as a whole. Ridiculous business. Thanks for ruining my night.

Shocked that this place has low ratings. The views and ambiance are amazing.They gave me a tiny bundle of flowers when I checked out and the host was very friendly and kind. The drinks were fine albeit very expensive for what they were, but let’s face ut, that’s clearly not what you’re paying for at a fancy place like this. 10/10 recommend this place!

Went with some friends that had connection with a promoter table. The guy came down and brought my female friends up and left the boys downstair when he promised "Don't worry, I will come get you", which he never show up. We talked to the security and they tell us in order to get up we have to pay $600 in total for four of us to get in. I have lived in NYC for 12 years and have never seen a place like this.

Great attention given went there for a bottle reservation and was welcomed and given exceptional service. Only complaint elevator went down for 15+ min but security, vibe and energy was great !

I went to this place for an aperitif with my girlfriend on the rooftop with a view. First of all, despite having booked we were placed at a table without a view, inside the room, and subsequently people entered without reservations and were accompanied to better seats. Next I can say that for happy hour the drinks cost less (only the most basic ones) but are served in plastic glasses. Honestly for the price, I would at least appreciate a normal glass goblet. Not recommended.

The Atmosphere & decor here is beautiful but the way they go about their business is atrocious! Poor service plus the drinks sucks for its price! I don’t mind & understand the prices as this is in the heart of the city but the quality of the drinks doesn’t match what you’re paying for, plus serving it in those plastic cups I mean c’mon…i would assume such establishment has better class & service than that! Plus let me not get into the rude bouncers there…one got into it with a friend of mine for absolutely no reason at all..but luckily for that bouncer cooler heads prevailed cause that bouncer would have been sent to the hospital right away! Believe me he didn’t want no smoke with a 7th degree black belt world class martial artist who travels the world to compete..that bouncer would’ve been cooked! There’s other spots you can go & spend your money & have a good time & get better service & good drinks..don’t come here spend your money elsewhere ?
Absolutely loved the Fleur room! The views are incredible and the music was a whole vibe. 100% would recommend checking this spot out!!

We bought a table for a friends bday and that was the worst decision. The staff was terrible. We waited in line for the bathroom just to have groups of people skip us because they “bought a table”. When we said we had as well, they told us our waitress would need to walk us to the bathroom next time. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The tequila was casamigos but tasted like they poured low quality tequila in the bottle. No one came to check on us. Spend your money anywhere else!

I’ve been going to Fleur Room often with my friends (girls only) and have always been treated well, getting in without any hassle. But last night was completely DISAPPOINTING. After spending the entire evening there, I stepped out briefly to change at my hotel, and when I returned with my boyfriend, I was told we had to pay $200 to get back in. It’s clear, ladies, that if you show up with your partner, you won’t be treated as well… There’s definitely some double standards going on here, and it’s really disappointing. I won’t be coming back…
