We had unfortunately a mediocre food experience. It started well with a tender octopus, a okayish salad but a bad ceviche and a very bad lobster pasta. A shame that such a great chef does not check the quality of the food being served.

The highlight of The Fulton is without question the view—especially when sitting outdoors, where the waterfront setting truly shines. It’s a beautiful spot to take in the city, and the service throughout the evening was attentive and kind.

The meal started out on a strong note with some excellent bread and salted butter, and one of the appetizers really impressed. Unfortunately, the rest of the food fell short. The ceviche and salad were just okay, and the main course—the longevity pasta with lobster—was especially disappointing. Everything was extremely salty, which overwhelmed the dishes and took away from what could have been a refined experience.

It feels like the restaurant has high ambitions with its food, but the execution doesn’t quite match. For us, while the setting and service were wonderful, the meal itself didn’t live up to expectations. We won’t be coming back for the food.

I came to this place before Covid and the food was fantastic. This time I came for an occasion and ordered their burgers and two of the appetizers. Appetizers were great but the burger was heavy and greasy. Didn’t like the taste nor the texture. Fries that came with it was not good neither. McDonald has better fries. My expectations were much higher for a place that carries a famous Chef name. Service and staff were fantastic. However the food won’t make me go there again.

I liked everything. The waiters were very kind, but one of them especially liked the fact that they gave us a place from where we couldn't see the bridge. He immediately asked if we wanted to sit with a good view, and of course we agreed 😆 Thanks to him for that

We had such a wonderful dinner at The Fulton by Jean-Georges! Highly Recommend!!!! They were extending NYC Restaurant Week, so we were able to enjoy the $60 dinner menu!! an amazing value. The food was excellent. the salmon and branzino were both perfectly cooked, and the seafood plateau was incredibly fresh. The oysters were some of the best I’ve had, and the shrimp cocktail was also top-notch. I got a cookie for the dessert and that was omg sooooo delish!! Not too sweet but just a good amount of sweetness!!

The vibes were awesome, and our server was so attentive. she really made our night special. One of the biggest highlights is the location. you get to enjoy a stunning sunset view of the Brooklyn Bridge with the cool breeze coming off the water. Highly recommend going before it gets too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating!

Ordered pasta with lobster. Pasta was undercooked and sauce was overwhelming. Waiter didn’t know much about menu, not being able to answer simple questions about how certain dishes ware made off.

Me second time! First time was 2 years ago and I had a great experience.

This time, it wasn’t how I was expecting.
We waited about 20 min for dessert with the restaurant empty and we got partial appetizers. My partner had to wait 10 min after I got mine.

You’re not supposed to have this kind of experience in a restaurant like this.
Food was good. But a lot to improve!

It was a great experience, we came from Canada for my boyfriends birthday. I appreciated the fact that the host took the time to read my note on the reservation and gave us a seat with great view. Food was amazing.

The Octopus was tender and the mozzarella was fresh. The calamari salad was fantastic much better than I thought I would like it. The black bass was cooked to perfection has was the hamburger. But let's talk about why you would come here. The food is on point but you're really here for the view. Special day bring that special someone.

I visited The Fulton by Jean-Georges before a scheduled concert since it’s right next to the pier. I sat inside with an amazing waterfront view, which made the experience even more special. The service was excellent, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I truly enjoyed the dining experience and indulged in all the delicious flavors. Highly recommend!
