NO! DONT DO IT!!!!!
We just came from here. We had a reservation for two for tonight. My husband made this reservation based on the views and Jean Georges name… bad idea. It was our anniversary and we wanted a nice night out on the waterfront. When he made the reservation there was nowhere to note that this was a special occasion. He tried multiple times to call and request a nice table but no one answered for a few days. When we arrived we were seated on the first floor right by the front door, where it was cold and had no view of anything except for some white string lights from the arbor entryway. My husband went back to the hostess stand and explained that he had tried to call and request a table with a nice view but the hostess just replied “oh yeah our phone has been broken for a while”. Confused, my husband then asked to be taken to a new table to which our request was accepted and we were begrudgingly taken (as we carried our own drinks and coats), to a table on the second floor. We were seated at a table that had a 25% view of the bridge and 75% of the cement restaurant wall- see attached picture.
Our new server was slow to get to us and seemed annoyed with our presence having been moved from the first floor. We ordered calamari and told the server we needed a few minutes to which he replied “so you’re not ready?” to which we responded- NO and he seemed frustrated with us and walked away. In that time we found a restaurant 10 minutes away called Manhatta- a true place to celebrate that went above and beyond. This new place almost seemed happy to accept our $400 that we spent on dinner. It’s unfortunate that the staff of Fulton do not believe in service (a manager didn’t think to maybe stop by our table and help us with a little customer service?!) or maybe they just don’t need money because we were looking to have a good dinner -and we did!- just at someone else’s restaurant. If you’re looking for a dinner experience- do NOT go here.

I got engaged at The Fulton! The staff went above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience for me and my fiancé. They reserved the most comfortable seat in the house just as the sun was setting, giving us breathtaking views of the East River and both the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. The drinks were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate—sumptuous and beautifully crafted. We especially loved the warm octopus and fresh mozzarella—a winning combination! Don’t miss the Brussels sprouts, served in an unbelievably delicious creamy sauce. Olivia was the perfect host for our evening, and a big shoutout to Shae, who helped plan every detail to make this night unforgettable. It was a celebration we’ll cherish forever. Bring your date to The Fulton—you won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed my first order of fish and chips on Tuesday. Ordered the same thing the second time and it turned out to be the complete opposite. Burnt, very dark, overfried :( Looked like a fish from some cheap place that used the same oil for a few days so it turned black :( Maybe they have a different chef on Thursday, but the dish was a big disappointment.

Amazing experience! The Fulton is located in Pier 17, with stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the East River! The food is also great, but not the best and not what I had expected. I’ve had the Spaghetti alle Vongole, which has some briny, garlicky, and a little sour taste, the Roasted Faroe Island Salmon, loved the crispness on the top, and the Gruyère Cheeseburger au Jus, with a really nice sauce. While the food was not as good as I had expected, it still is pretty good. But the experience is a must, getting the best views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the East River while you dine.

That feeling of pre-made food, a bit artificial, full of ingredients and seasonings that loses a hint of flavor (a fast food chick special.
However, the view from the restaurant is stunning, the atmosphere is also great.

Booked an indoor table 8.15. Turned up at 8.15 and was told to wait at the bar and our table would be ready in 10-15 minutes. No one served us at rhe bar. We were invisible to them. Then the front desk came over to offer us a table outside at the edge of the restaurant with zero atmosphere. We rejected it and he said it “would be quite a wait for a table inside”. We said we had booked a table inside for 8.15 pm so why was this? We went back to the bar to be ignored for a drink a second time and then gave up and left.
We live nearby and have been to all of the Tin Building restaurants multiple times and been treated impeccably. This was appalling.
First of all, the view is really good. If you go in the early evening, you can see the sunset.
But even though the vongole pasta was salty, it was too salty.
The waiter complained that he had miscalculated and that humans are inherently prone to mistakes (??
For this price, I expect the same level of service and taste.
It was an expensive and unpleasant dining experience.

Very tasty food and top notch service with a genuine smile.
Kid-friendliness: We needed some simple plain pasta for our child. They were very flexible, prepared it exactly as we asked and brought it within minutes so the kid won't stay hungry.

We had a great time here this past summer. The view is incredible, the ambience is really nice, the service was excellent and the food was delicious.
We tried the local beer, the fried calamari as an appetizer, the main dish-chicken was on the very toasted side but I happen to like it like that. And the desserts were the best!!! Absolutely the best!

This is truly a FIVE STAR restaurant. The Menu really understates what’s being served. This menu was crafted from front to back. Everything from the appetizers to the mains were a detailed plan by someone who really knows food. Just when we thought we were done the dessert was equally amazing. If you go just take a cab/uber or get dropped off. Parking is a nightmare.

Sorbets as good as Berthillon in Paris.

Delicious food that comes out inordinately slow. Espresso is garbage, just meh black coffee in a small cup.

I was here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and probably I had the worst server experience. The server got us some complimentary drinks for our anniversary, which was nice. However, I felt really uncomfortable after he changed his attitude. It seems like he wasn't happy that I didn't order as he expected? In the end, he even almost forced us to have dessert without even asking about how everything was and if we enjoyed the food. It took quite a long for the food to be served and the pasta and fried fish were a bit salty for me, but they tasted decent. The view was great here but I would never go back to this place. I am giving 3 stars because I got the drinks on the house, otherwise would have given 1 star due to the service that I had here.

Food was good and service/atmosphere were great. Scallops stood out the most and octupus was so soft and delicate. I could've skipped the Chinese lobster noodles and tried something else
