We came here for breakfast and overall had a good experience, but one that ultimately felt misaligned with the price point. The food itself was solid and well executed, on par with what you'd expect from any quality restaurant. It wasn't particularly special or more thoughtfully crafted than dishes I've had elsewhere in the same tier. What truly stood out was the service, which was attentive, warm, and genuinely the highlight of the morning. The ambience was exactly what we were hoping for: refined, calm, and a lovely place to start the day. Where things missed the mark was the pricing. Our breakfast was roughly triple what it would cost at another good restaurant, and even double what I would reasonably expect to pay at The Four Seasons. I have no issue paying for excellence, but the value simply didn't match the cost. In short, it is a beautiful space with wonderful service and a perfectly fine meal, but an overall experience that felt overly expensive for what was delivered.

Thank you as well to Grace and the Four Seasons team. Big Up to the chef today as well. I enjoyed my Artic Char. Also to the fellow playing the piano, beautiful.

Ron at the front door and all of the servers we're exceptional with their attentiveness and service. I ordered the hanger skirt medium. Received a burnt outside not seared and medium well inside with extremely well done sunny side up eggs. The manager came over at some point. I told her she seemed offended and not very friendly. I didn't want to send it back, I tend to dislike doing so. In this situation, I definitely should have and expected a more courteous approach. When someone ask you, how something is I tell them the truth. It was mediocre at best and the management service was disappointing.

I absolutely loved my experience at The Garden. The staff were so kind and attentive — from the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The decor is stunning — lush plants, beautiful trees, and soft lighting that makes the whole space feel like a serene oasis right in the middle of the city. It’s such an elegant and chic spot for a meal, whether you’re meeting friends or just taking a peaceful break from the NYC buzz.

And I have to mention the Matcha — it was incredible. So smooth, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. I’d honestly come back just for that alone. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a little escape paired with amazing service and ambiance.

Great ambience, great food, great service if you're looking to have a brunch, not like the usual this is the place to go

The service was very slow, although the restaurant was not busy. The food was overly salty, even the French fries. Overall, not on par with the FS brand. We will not return.

Wonderful experience as always. Staff and food incredible. Matthew our server is the best! Personable, attentive and passionate about customer service. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The prices are ridiculous. The flavour for simple omelets pretty boring. The service very good because they know me for 32 years. Too many tables. They can take out 6 or so and make it more comfortable and spacious. That hotel that the least expensive room is $2,500.00 per night needs more restaurants and The Garden should be open also for dinner. They have a lobby bar for the night eating with very limited menus and not very comfortable sitting accommodations.

We love the beautiful space and the quiet. The service is very slow but pleasant. The brunch choices are good enough but very expensive.

Almost a five-star experience.
The burger was good—definitely enjoyable—but it didn’t quite hit that five-star mark for me. More like a solid four. Tasty, but not something I’d go out of my way to come back for.

Now, the service? Absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for better. And the atmosphere was great—really loved the vibe of the place.

Cannot beat the lemon pancakes! Amazing. Other meals also great although crab cake in eggs Benedict was less fabulous than I expected. It is expensive but a lovely treat. Service and ambience like being in a beautiful spa! So calming versus some noisy ‘cool' places. This is all class.

What a waste of money
The fried artichokes are deep fried and unbeatable. The Cesar salad is dripping in sauce. Asked for tea with fresh mint and received hot water with one leaf of mint. $200 for lunch for 2 people no drinks. Michelin star prices for a poor diner food experience.
