We love the beautiful space and the quiet. The service is very slow but pleasant. The brunch choices are good enough but very expensive.

Cannot beat the lemon pancakes! Amazing. Other meals also great although crab cake in eggs Benedict was less fabulous than I expected. It is expensive but a lovely treat. Service and ambience like being in a beautiful spa! So calming versus some noisy ‘cool' places. This is all class.

We absolutely loved our lunches. Service was very patient and nice. I had your non-alcoholic cocktail and it was great. We'll be back.

I have been coming here for breakfast for over 15 years. It's a beautiful experience in the middle of NYC. You feel like you are at a resort. The food, the service and ambiance always delight. Milton is a treasure. He provides excellent, attentive service every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Still one of my favorite brunch spots. Marvelous lemon ricotta pancakes...but really everything is good. Great ambiance, wonderful for meetings.

We usually have lunch - breakfast was on bland side for eggs and hash browns are in a square. Waffles were great and hot maple syrup marvelous. Be aware when they pour orange juice it's $18 ... and 20% is in your bill. Just seems things need more NYC breakfast feel,.

This was a truly exceptional lunch experience. I was dining with a friend (we both work locally) and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Excellent food and service, and a stunning dining room with a relaxed ambience where the tables aren't stacked on top of each other. I would highly recommend.

It’s pricey here but we really enjoyed our breakfast and a bit of calm from the city for an hour. Staff we so good, really attentive and friendly. We weren’t staying at the hotel so had a bit of imposter syndrome however we weren’t staying treated really well.

Stopped in for lunch. The atmosphere and staff were what you would expect from the four seasons, top notch. The food on the other hand was, I'll say slightly above average, and that's me being polite. I'm likely biased as a result of frequenting Ravello's restaurant in the Four Seasons Orlando. If you haven't eaten there, you need to fly into Orlando immediately and do so. Seriously.
In New York We sampled a Winter Salad, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Polpette della Nonna, and Fussili alla Bolognese. To be fair the Polpette della Nonna was quite good.
As a side note the non-alcoholic Opzione Zero Spritz was amazing.

Our reservation was at 2 and they gave us a table at 2:55pm Very basic and below average customer service. The worst experience on every level

We waited an hour for our reservation after staff told us multiple times our table was being prepared for us. They also add a 30% gratuity which they do not mention

Marsha

Food was tasty but service was seriously lacking. We expected better service for the Four Seasons name.

The Garden at the Four Seasons offers a primarily Italian menu with American and Sicilian influences. During our visit, we opted for the seafood pasta — one of the few options on the lunch menu that truly stood out. The dish was good, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors, though it didn't leave an overwhelming impression. One limitation worth noting is the lunch menu itself: it feels quite sparse and somewhat dated, with limited choices that may not excite a wide range of diners. That said, the ambiance is where The Garden truly shines. With live piano music from the adjacent bar providing a quiet, soothing backdrop, the setting is elegant and discreet — an ideal venue for business meetings or important conversations that require privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. The service was another highlight: the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made the experience very pleasant overall. While I wouldn't return solely for the food, I would certainly keep The Garden in mind as a reliable, quiet spot for a business lunch. It's a nice discovery in the busy landscape of Midtown Manhattan.

They asked did we want orange juice and refilled it for us throughout. Came to 150 dollars for just three people for the orange juice when we thought it was free refills or else we wouldn’t have gotten it. Bacon was too salty. Service was terrible, asked for salt and milk and it never came and it was like they were avoiding our table. They added on a gratuity for three people of 20% when we felt the service was incredibly poor and did not warrant it
