One star cause I sent two emails regarding information for New Year’s Eve dinner and I had no answer at all!

Service was very slow and inattentive. It took 15 minutes after being seated for someone to take our order. After food arrived we had to flag someone down to get the check. The location was quiet and convenient for hotel meetings during a conference, but it's not really a restaurant. It's more of a bar that also has a food menu.

I love this bar. I always drop by when in the city. Their lobster rol is superbe as is the service. José and Carlos are the best. Always remember me, making me feel right at home.

A ideal quiet spot in Midtown East in the late afternoon, probably the only one with all the construction going on Lexington Avenue outside, for a cordial business meeting for coffee or a glass of wine, with very welcomng and professional waiters.

Service here has been very slow and inattentive in general. Like so many places, understaffed. Just waited 20 mins at the bar for even a “can i I help you?”

Great service as always here. Delicious food, good atmosphere and pretty good value for money.
Really lovely hotel. Very conveniently located in central Manhattan. The One Bedroom Suite which was very well-appointed and equipped with super-comfortable bed. Staff were always lovely and helpful.

Overall experience was good during my stay and staffs especially the guard in front of hotel were attentive. The club area was under maintenance so we did not use full service here.
