This has become our neighborhood breakfast/ brunch spot in Chelsea. Brianna is about the nicest waitress you’ll find. Ask to be seated with her- you won’t be disappointed. Oh and food was great, coffee hot! 👍🏼👍🏼💓

Decent food marred by bad service. Order vegan, get buttered toast. Order four dishes, get one ten minutes late because it was forgotten about. Order bottomless coffee, never get asked about or offered a refill! Also, multiple items on the menu were just out of stock—on a menu that’s not even that large. Too bad.
I just try the avocado toast and it was great! It comes with salad or fries, two eggs and it taste really good, a little spicy so that makes the difference!

Shout out to our server, Molly and her team, who had to clean up two spilled chocolate milks, the restaurant has nice outdoor and indoor seating, clean restrooms and the food is great. Definitely try the pistachio salted caramel pancakes if you have a sweet tooth.
