Food was good but hostess is so unorganized. We were told it was a 30 minute wait and we ended up waiting over an hr. Parties arriving after us got seated before us. Other people waiting left for the same reason.

We were in the area and spontaneously decided to have brunch. After checking the recommended restaurants we decided to give The Grey Dog a try. Luckily the restaurant had an open reservation slot and we were seated right away. Started with lattes and had the Grey Dog breakfast and beets salad with chicken. Vibe was pretty cool and the fireplace made it very cozy.

Loved the atmosphere so lively and upbeat. and the service was quick and the host polite! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was so yummy.

The vibe is so cool. The food is great. Our server, Brianna was amazing, super personable and checking to make sure everything was good. Jada was also nice and welcoming. The manager Shannon was asking how the food was and made sure the dessert my friends got for their birthday was vegan like my friend had asked. Overall 10/10. Hope to come back again the next time we’re in the city!

Brianna and Shannon were awesome!! Jaida was great too. Best customer service we’ve had on our trip. Tried the new valentines drinks and they were so good. Food was good, atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Appreciated all the vegan options. Would definitely come again!!
