We loved our experience at the Grey Dog. They serve lovely food -- American comfort food -- and great drinks, and they have a good atmosphere. Thank you for sitting us down promptly when we arrived. We'd be back again.

We (4) had to wait to be seated because all of our party (8) weren't present at the time we arrived, despite the table being free which I thought was a little weird (surely people in seats paying for drinks would be a good thing?). After we were seated the staff were friendly and attentive and everyone enjoyed the food. Overall not a bad price for NY standards too, so I would return.

We went to for a Saturday brekkie. The atmosphere is good, but the service and food is just average. I had pancakes and it just seems like it’s pulled out from a fresh grocery pack. The atmosphere is lively though.
