I was here for a birthday party and had to give a shoutout. Amazing place to bowl with friends, get nice drinks for a good price in the city, food was pretty goooood too. Also thanks to management and Caleb specifically for great hospitality. Staff was so friendly and chill. Book this place for your next party 🙌🏼

Came here tonight for a friend’s birthday and had a very unpleasant experience at the door. The female security guard was extremely rude and overreactive. The security process here is more intense than at an airport, and during the pat-down, my shirt was mesh, so I involuntarily jumped when I suddenly felt her hand on my skin. I was simply startled — nothing more — but the guard snapped, “What’s wrong?” in an aggressive tone and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
I completely understand that safety checks are important, but there’s no reason for security staff to be this hostile or invasive. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, and it ruined what was supposed to be a fun night out. I won’t be returning.

Refused at the door because I had leftover soup from dinner and wanted to bowl. Did you think I was going to sneak cold soup and not eat from your restaurant? God forbid I have dinner and then try to enjoy myself elsewhere.

The manager Deli was a real life superhero and completely saved the day when my young son and I drove two hours to catch the Squid Games experience located next door to the Gutter and found it unexpectedly closed. He saw us outside in the cold and welcomed us into the Gutter. Treated my young son like a little prince and showed him the best time. Can’t thank you enough—we will be back!!

Terrible place. The people at the entrance don’t let you in just because they don’t want to. The place looks awful, and everyone who was coming out told us it wasn’t worth going inside.
