The sauce is magnificent, a true art of food, it looks like Brazilian food it's so good

Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. You get the fatty, salty flavor profile you come to expect from a food truck (that's a good thing!) in a much more pleasant environment. The best part though was how upbeat and pleasant all the employees were, which is a nice change from the norm you experience at fast casual places.

No lamb that's my one gripe, why no lamb ? It doesn't make much sense to me other than that food and service was on par with what is expected and they have first responder discount so that's a plus.
