We very much enjoyed dining at The Harold for brunch. Lively atmosphere (sometimes a little too loud) - Attentive service - Delicious food and what brunch is complete without Mimosas (also delicious) - First time visitor to this establishment - Our friend who is a New York City local suggested this spot as a place to go for brunch and her recommendation was spot on. I plan to return to The Harold during a future trip to New York City.
Worst service in all of nyc. Waitress took forever to come We waited for water for so long - she was chitchatting at the podsum. Drinks took forever. Dessert took forever, Bill took forever. Very unpleasant
Lovely spot we visited for breakfast on a day trip to NYC. The service was great and we appreciated the staff accommodating our very early arrival. The shakshuka was delicious and I'd highly recommend their signature Harold cocktail!
We had the fajitas, jerk chicken, and fish tacos. ALL were OUTSTANDING. Best meal of our 4-day NYC trip. The wait staff was exceptional as well and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
Booked a table last minute. Food was excellent. Very large starter of calamari so glad we had that to share. Staff were very friendly and service was good. Attentive but not in your face. Would certainly recommend The Harold for an evening meal. Only very small criticism is the tables are quite close together.
The food was delicious and the cocktails creative. The waitstaff was perfect and helpful. We loved looking out the window and enjoying the NYC scenery!
We were attending before going to a show for my mother's 60th. They were quite busy as expected but we were asked to leave our table after 1 hour 10 mins as they needed it for another reservation. We had paid but were finishing our drinks off. We had also been a reservation and when I asked how much time we had been allocated for a table the server replied he didn't know and they just needed the table. Very much felt pushed out and was an abrupt end to dinner.
Excellent quality food. Convenient location to my hotel. Friendly service to make you feel welcomed and give suggestions
Delicious food, big portions. Front desk and waitstaff very accommodating. Great location.
This is a wonderful place to have breakfast or lunch if you find yourself in midtown. It is a no-nonsense professional looking restaurant with delicious food and fine efficient service.

Quick service and good food. I recommend. Plus there's a bit of a view from the upstairs windows.
Nice place for lunch. Food is good but you get rushed out after your meal to get others waiting on your table.
Drinks are a little over priced but I loved the menu.. it had a little bit of everything.
Kid-friendliness: I did see kids there

Service was terrible, they kicked out the people that were sitting next to us because they had finished eating and were just talking. Maybe if the service was better they would not have to kick people out. The French Toast was supposed to be vanilla but tasted like orange citrus which means they are mixing it with the citrus pancakes. You can get better food and service at any diner in NYC.
