Avoid due to hygiene concern. We ordered mint tea in pot and they brought us 3 times dirt mugs( very visible tea/coffee stains inside the mugs and even lipstick mark outside). The French toast we ordered came with a long, gray hair. The huevos rancheros is plain in taste. Service is also bad, we waited 10-15 minutes before our waiter could show up( this is after we followed up twice mentioning we are in a rush).

The staff were not welcoming. It was quiet when we went for breakfast yet we still had to wait around to be served. We only came here because our hotel gave us a 10% off coupon…which truly was not worth it.
I had the French toast which looked great but tasted awful. It was soggy and had no flavour. I ended up having to go somewhere else to eat after paying $20 for this, so no I would not recommend it.

This place delivers exceptional service. The restaurant sits in a lively district. You can enjoy quality cooking without overpaying. The people here show real friendliness. We're considering visiting again this week.

The service at Harold’s is magnificent! Every single person had a welcoming personality and smile. Food I loved: calamari, fish tacos, guacamole, sweet potatoe fries and raspberry sorbet. Food was delicious, so happy we dined here!!

Quite disappointing! I am a big egg fan and ordered the basic two eggs your way breakfast which comes with rosemary potatoes, toast and choice of bacon, ham or fruit. First of all they had no substitute meat for ham, I was hoping there would be turkey bacon or chicken based sausages. I ordered my eggs to be over easy and they came sunny side up, with the yolk and white almost raw. When they were returned to the kitchen to be redone, the chef prob threw them back on the griddle and forgot all about them. They came back over done, looking and tasting like one of those hardened plastic food item models. The roasted potatoes were also cooked to be totally dry. Sorry folks not a good day to start the day!

UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Went for lunch with some friends but treated poorly by the so called manager Geraldo was excited but sucked the emotion right out. Had an issue w my dish and told me I should’ve read the menu before ordering it. Do not recommend save your money

Good food but the manager ā€œGeradoā€ is very unprofessional. I witnessed him rudely talking to one of his employees in front of us. Very uncomfortable situation. I think they should switch Gerado.

Every dish took forever.
Had to chase down three different staffs to ask for check.😢😢
Then finally got hit with: ā€œNo swipe cards!go to the bank get cashā€šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø
I guess service here is optional—and so is basic decency. Happy hourāŒsad hourāœ…
If you’re into bad attitudes and long waits for everything, go ahead. Otherwise, do yourself a favor: walk past. Fast.🚶
āš ļøļ¼ˆbe careful with that guy🄲never imagined a restaurant employee could be that rude…

Reasonable quality, price and atmosphere for NYC. We had the Jerk Chicken a bit mild for my tastes and compared to authentic Jamaican but was better suited to my wife’s palate

Generic American menu with nothing inspiring. The place was half empty when we went and we struggled to get attention from the waiter - took an age to order drinks. We were asked to leave our table because there were reservations for lunch coming in, despite there being at least 15 other tables available (which did not fill up over the next hour). The bar seems nice, to its credit.

Octavius was incredible! He was very kind and knowledgeable. I had the dip platter which was great! The spicy feta dip was my favorite by far. Service was great here, I never had an empty water glass and plates were cleared quickly! Overall I had a great time here. Great service! Thank you!
