Excellent location. We stayed for a while until the time for our theater on Broadway was given and we had excellent service from the waitress Jessica and her manager. I

The best place to eat and drink in Times Square. We were three tourists from Romania, we were received very well. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will come back anytime with pleasure.

Dont bother to come to eat over here..there's plenty of restaurant in NYC to go to.Im from brooklyn and ate there just because i had a concert to go to near by.While the food is average, the service was super slow and they dont care at all because they already put 20% gratuity in your bill. Now,i dont mind to pay the gratuity, i also working in restaurant industry, but as a server,if you take tips from customer at least do your job and check if your customer wait for long time for the food,if they missing anything etc.Avoid this place!!

Bar & cafe with pub style food but plenty of option for healthy eating. Server was efficient and genuinely sweet and happy to indulge the mostly tourist crowd by taking photos. Chop salad was delicious, fries were coldish but after a long flight we ate them anyways. I'm sure they would have swapped them if we asked.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. We decided to eat here after a show on a busy Presidents Day weekend night. The place wasn't too packed but full enough so we gave it a try. We ordered 2 sandwiches and an appetizer. After a long wait without any acknowledgement from staff, ALL of our food came out cold. The burger was overcooked. The artichoke dip tasted like weak cream. My Reuben was cold and not enough kraut. The server never refilled our drinks. I get this is a Times Square spot and we were hungry but this place is trash. The table was clean though!

Good spot for drinks, nice atmosphere and not too crowded. Typical NYC pricing on drink and food. We ordered appetizers before our show. We opted for our chicken tenders & Philly cheese steak egg rolls, they weren't very good- def quick bar food.
Food was meh, no one seemed to know their head from their ass. Coffee was mediocre at best and Food took forever and it wasn't even busy. My family and I are from Los Angeles where we are very understanding of the service industry and how hectic things can be but this place is a joke. You get way more for your money elsewhere in Time Sqaure.

So just to be fair & Honest , we ate here twice . Once on 2/16 & 2/17 ( today) on both occasions were for Breakfast and the food was cold and Burnt . Eggs ( cold ) toast ( cold) omelet ( burnt & how do you burn eggs ? ) oatmeal ( watery) even sent the oatmeal back because it was like soup and came back exactly the same etc ... so my review isn't a one off . Service was so , so . In the end don't waste your money here unless you're a true New Yorker and you don't care because that's how things are here . We won't be coming back anytime soon on Future visits, but good luck if you do .

If you want to find a place in the heart of the city that treats you like a long time customer I would recommend The Harrison. The food is excellent, but the customer service is what sets it apart. The manager (Hammy, I believe) welcomes each patron with a smile and ensures his staff treats you like you are the only customer in the restaurant. I make it a point to come here every time I am in the city for business from Florida. They also have an exquisite Hot Chocolate for the winter months!! Paul
