I bought one beer during happy hour which should’ve been $5, and I tipped either 20% or 22%, I can’t remember. My card was charged $13.29, so around double what I should’ve been charged. I don’t want to give one star because it was most likely an honest mistake, but it’s pretty careless and didn’t leave me with a great impression of The Heights.

This place has an amazing service best fries in NYC and the skirt steak is just absolutely amazing! The staff are knowledgeable, nice and friendly! Went there probably over 15 times now, and it’s just so great that I wish I could go back every day (sadly my wife wants to eat at home and also try other places too, even though she loves it there too). Thank you to the team and the staff in the kitchen too.
Amazing time here. Been wanting to come try this spot for awhile since moving to the uws area. Bartender JALIN and manager SHAUN were so welcoming and hospitable. Excellent service and will def be coming back!!!

We stopped by on a Friday summer evening when the local university was on break. The second floor place was mostly quiet with most table seats full. We got a spot at the bar around 10pm easily. It’s a solid choice in this area if you want to go to a bar.

I ordered and paid for a gluten free burrito (because I am gluten intolerant) but they gave me someone else’s order and I ate almost 1/3 of it before they came to tell me it was a mistake! Please always triple check your dietary restrictions with your customers!!!! I haven’t eaten gluten in over 5 years so this was such a shock mentally and physically.
