Love Hummus and Pita Co., but this location is not good. They forgot part of my delivery order, and when I called to tell them they missed something and to see if they could bring it to me, the person on the phone was extremely unhelpful, did not apologize, and offered me 5% off my meal. Will not come back here or order from here again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. One of the employees behind the serving line was extremely disrespectful. It was my first time visiting in January and the employee got impatient with me and gave me attitude. Then I was almost scolded for ordering fries at the register. No one had mentioned to me that I had to order fries in the beginning. I was appauled by the lack of respect during my initial visit that I had contacted corporate and informed them of the situation bc its was absolutely intolerable. A lady named Brigitte was nice enough to respond to me and had promised to send me a gift card as a result of my bad experience and I still have yet to receive my card. Its been 5 months. Terrible company all around!

I ordered this from grub hub and was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. After a 14 hour day and having to come home to a hotel I was looking forward to showering and eating my dinner. Well 20 minutes past the time it should have been delivered it wasn't here. I called the restaurant and was given multiple excuses like "we only have one restaurant open and we are really backed up". I was told it we were next to be delivered and it would be here in 15 minutes. It FINALLY arrived 1 hour after the initial delivery time. This place is THE WORST.

I was working in the area of 6th Ave and 16th Str in Manhattan. A friend was always using Yelp to find good restaurants. I found the Hummus and Pita Restaurant. The Quiche was the best (discontinued). Now, I enjoy the laffa bread, falafels, Moroccan beans, spicy eggplant, and all the fixins'! Try Hummus and Pita! I've been going there for 4 years.

5 stars for the food 1 star for the service. Everytime i walk in here at night you can tell the workers are miserable and not happy to work here and they have poor customer service up to the point where i heard one worker scream at the other in Spanish for making a mistake and everyone was looking in a confused manner soo not professional. always in a rush to make your order and never give enough food for the price. You guys need to change your workers to a group of friendly people. i miss the Jamaican lady who used to work there she was very friendly and helpful need to hire her back!! Your in the middle of times square i would think service is everything in this area. Get it together owner!!!
