Wonderful atmosphere. Food was excellent. We had a St Patrick's day special of Corned beef sandwich and side of Irish soda bread. Good service. Although this was a special. The menu looked excellent. I would recommend.

Went here for the proximity to MSG, but I wasn't disappointed from the servers to the food, top-notch all round.

A good experience at The Landing restaurant. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time thanks to the excellent recommendations from Jaciel. The Morning Glory and P.I.T.A. were delicious starters, and my Tuna & Hamachi Poke was perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was impeccable.

Comfortable environment. Friendly waitress. Cocktails made by Jaciel were terrific!! Recommend P.I.T.A. and Morning Glory. They are pretty and taste really nice. And the tuna & hamachi poke bowl was awesome.

They don’t serve food. I made a reservation for lunch and only learned that when I arrived.

I made the reservation and showed up for dinner with a colleague. When we got there on February 8, the hostess mentioned that the menu was very limited. Very limited doesn't even explain it. They basically just had salads and uncooked foods. Obviously, the kitchen was closed. But there was no explanation for it. They need to get their stuff together. We did not stay. We went around the corner to Juniper and had a great meal.

What made this place was the wonderful staff who work there - from the wonderful Maitre D' , who was a little hard to find in the after work throng drinking around the bar, to our most attentive, gregarious and friendly waiter, Nelson, and a kind and helpful gentleman from the kitchen, who brought our dishes to the table. The menu was parsed down to a few selections as they are experiencing a temporary issue with their gas burners. The appetizers we had were amazing - I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail and the hummus plate. Our main courses came before we finished our appetizers, which made us feel a little rushed. I ordered the salmon as a main, which was meant to be cooked medium, but was well done and served skin up, which emitted a strong odor. It came with an abundance of choron sauce (Bearnaise sauce with tomato) and a side of fingerling potatoes. It was good, but I would have preferred if the salmon had been served skin down and with a livelier and zestier sauce. Thankfully, I held on to the sauces from the shrimp appetizer as both were excellent. A colorful vegetable would have added more life to the plate alongside the tasty potatoes. One issue with this restaurant is that it was way too loud due to there being a DJ spinning club music to an after work drinking crowd. A crowd that crowded en masse around the bar and spilled out onto an indoor patio type area - a landing! For someone with a disability it was hard to navigate the rambunctious crowd, locate the maitre d' station, and get seated. The DJ stopped spinning at 8 p.m., which was when we were leaving. So I recommend going there after 8 if you would like a less club-like experience.Another issue was getting upstairs with a disability requires one to talk to security downstairs to get you on an elevator. However, when you leave, there is no way to get on an elevator as it requires a security key to access the elevator bank.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp when you get to the 2nd floor to down into the restaurant from the elevator banks. The seating area can comfortably accommodate a wheelchair as it is spacious once you get away from the bar. The problem is that you will need to let someone know before you leave that you will need an elevator to get down as the elevators are off-limits to restaurant goers.

Upscale location in Manhattan. Adjacent to Madison Square Garden so convenient for a concert or a game. Active bar scene with happy hour. Dining is a limited menu and was even further limited when we visited as they claimed an issue with the gas lines in the kitchen. Food was well prepared - recommend the steak or salmon. Service was fine. Very noisy.

THIS PLACE!!!!!! OMG!! Im not a big reviwer but I just had to tell the world about this place ... I cannot believe I did not find this gem sooner! Ive lived in NY all my life and never knew this place ! From the second I got up the stairs to enter, I was stunned at the beauty and the vibe and chill music perfectly set in the background and not too loud ..the lounge area with the fireplace was stunning and a perfect place to relax with drinks and hang out......and if you just stopped there, that would be worth it ....oops lets not forget the GIGANTIC SCREENS that have sports on with stadium like seating as you enter the above lounge...next to lounge is a BEAUTIFUL BAR where the atmosphere was just as chill as the lounge area and then to the left and right of the stunning bar are the dining areas which are tastefully done and the vibe was intimate with dimmed lights on each table and the most comfy chairs... at this point myself, my husband, son and his gf were so taken aback at the beauty and vibe of the landing that I dont think we would of cared if the food wasn't good.....however, THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL ......like beyond excellent!!!The staff just as excellent..... I cannot reccommend this place enough for dinner and drinks before an event at the garden or just ANYTIME for an amazing night out for dinner or just drinks! My only complaint is ITS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS.......whatttttttttttttttttttt????? This place is just too amazing to be closed on the weekends and I am so curious as to why ? my only other complaint is that I am moving to Florida and won't be able to come here as much as I would like going forward...DO NOT HESITATE TO GO TO THE LANDING...YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING

Shanese Williams Real Estate was here to meet with a client and what a place. The lounge was beautiful and the set up to into the restaurant was even more. They have these giant TV’s with steps with cushions for you to sit and watch. A huge book shelf with lots of books and the furniture is top tier. The fire place was everything and relaxing to watch. The bathrooms were unlike anything that I have seen. The sink was in the stalls and it was immaculately clean. If you know me I love clean and I need clean. The restaurant was super clean and service was good. All the staff was clean in their work uniform, their shirts where super white and this is very important for me, because presentation is everything. The soup and the drink I had was everything and it tasted clean. That means that they wash the dishes that they use. All in all the place is 5 stars and if you go there let me know your thoughts with a thumbs up that my review helped.I love meeting my clients out at places like this, it was nice getting out if the office setting.

Pricey for a so-so meal. Food portions were small and nothing remarkable. Judging by the long line at the hotdog cart outside the restaurant we probably would have enjoyed that more.
