The ambiance and service was good but other issues with the food. I asked if the chicken was a breast and I was told that it was. It was chicken leg which I would have been ok with but it was EXTREMELY dry and loaded with oregano. They asked what else I would like so I ordered the delmonico steak. By the time it arrived my husband and son were finished so I basically ate alone They covered the cost of my $18 prosecco . I was charged for the steak , not the chicken but I felt with all of the waiting and issues they would have actually comped my meal. we had ordered several drinks and apps so we certainly spent enough money that comping my steak would have been a nice gesture since I ate my mothers day meal by myself!
We had a lovely Easter brunch... food was deliciously, service was wonderful, ambiance was so inviting and comfortable yet elegant; the whole experience was really pleasant.
Nice ambience, excellent food, attentive service. Great place for a pre-concert /show dinner.
Lovely setting and the staff were wonderful. However, $14 for a cup of coffee or tea is highway robbery. They should be ashamed.
Had reservations here around 6pm for a 7:30pm show at Carnegie Hall on a Wednesday evening. Waited 10 minutes upon arriving for a hostess to even show up to the desk. She was spending a long time talking to each party after seating them at their table, despite the fact that there were a lot of people waiting to be sat. Most, if not all of the tables are in a hotel lobby bar area. Once we were finally seated, took the server a long time to greet us and come to our table. By the time the server arrived, we had already decided on our drinks and what we wanted for dinner, so we ordered everything at once, which seemed to annoy the server. Drinks took a very long time to arrive at our table. Once our meal arrived, the hostess was trying to seat another party next to us, but because of how the tables were arranged, it required my husband to stop eating his meal, stand up and move his chair out of the way so that the other party could sit. Then, the hostess stood there for another 7 to 8 minutes chatting with the people next to us, which required him to get up and physically move again, once she finally decided to leave. It was obnoxious. All the service was so slow that we barely made the show. This was our first time at The Park hotel and we won't be back, such a bad experience.

Part of Park Hyatt NYC but the food was good - but a tad bit pricey. Tuna tartar was great. Truffle risotto was quite good. Chicken was good also. Sticky toffee pudding was quite good. Quite ambience. Great service. I would dine there again.
A bit pricey but typical for a fancy hotel. There is a small lunch menu but the quality was good. Service is very relaxed.
Drinks are way way way way over priced. No way should 2 dirty martinis cost 60 dollars plus tip
We had a nice time. The staff were eager but relatively young and sometimes reactive when they should have been more proactive. Great place if you're going to something at Carnegie Hall, which is right across the street.
Excellent breakfast and great location!

Great place for having a conversation and enjoying a quality drink. Service was attentive without being intrusive.
An attractive spot for drinks and good food, not least if you are going to Carnegie Hall across the street for a concert. A welcome refuge from urban hustle and buslte.
Surprising culinary experience for a hotel restaurant..... everything we tried was amazing!!
The Living Room is a perfect spot for pre or post drinks. They have incredibly skilled and friendly bartenders.
Delightful place to meet for drinks with a friend in a quiet, sleek and beautiful environment. The staff was friendly and fun.
