Had the small lobster roll and there was plenty of meat on it. It was good, light, not too mayo heavy. You order at the counter, get a buzzer and pick up your food at a window. We were able to find a seat but it is very busy in there

It is a pricey place. $30-40 for a small sandwich.
Still decent.

I ❤️ The Lobster Place and want to give a shout out to Zach and the raw bar counter staff. Their service is always: friendly, helpful, and fast, no matter if it is crowded or not.
I highly recommend the fresh cherrystone clams. But their seafood selection is vast, and it is always top quality.
So drop in and order up a seafood party on a plate in a matter of moments! Pair your plate with a cold wine or beer for peak enjoyment. Maybe the world isn't always your oyster, but here you can have the oysters of the world at your fingertips, expertly shucked and served.
Cheers! 🥂🦐🍤

Overall a good experience. The oysters are displayed right on the tables where yoy can sit, along with the lobster and other things they sell. They do give you recommendations, and I tried 4 of them.
They're all a variety of salty in a way, except for indigo which is sweet.
I recommend putting the sauce and maybe a cocktail sauce as well.
Its a bit expensive if you want to try plenty, but it's fresh and flown daily so it's worth it.

The best snow crab I’ve ever had, Hands down. I’ll come back every time I’m in NYC for the crab legs and NE Clam Chowder!

Great lobster roll combo (4oz). I liked the lemon dill sauce and the toast of the roll a lot. The chowder was also tasty. Service was super fast.
Everything that my family and I had was so good! I haven't been this impressed with a lobster roll in a long time. It was so flavorful, and fresh i wish i had gotten two of them! The fried fish and shrimp were also seasoned well and of course they didn’t miss with the old bay fries. The frozen lychee margarita was BANGING ok — you will not be disappointed. The guy at the counter was also friendly and so helpful with suggestions. I definitely will be back for a lobster roll and a frozen margarita very soon.

4s across the board for me because:
1) I know, I know a lobster roll is always going to be expensive but for the size I expected more
2) the lobster was in fact delicious
3) they provided gloves but no wet wipes (just seems like the right thing to do for a messy, “eat with your hands” kind of meal)
4) the seating was all counter seating (backless chairs), a minus for me with kids but wouldn’t bother most people
When you adventure beyond the classic lobster and lobster roll, try the shrimp katsu sandwich on a sesame bun. I’d ask to go light on the sauce next time, but the flavor was killer and the shrimp patty was cooked to form a nice outside crunch.
