Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, and sitting on the upper floor and looking out onto the street was a cool way to spend our first evening here. Food was good but not impressive, if that makes sense? We really liked our drinks though.

My husband and I visited New York for 10 days and stayed near Times Square. We found the Long Acre Tavern as it was right across the road from us and it did not disappoint! We both cannot fault the place at all. All staff members were so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always a smile on the staffs faces while serving even on a hectic St Patrick’s day weekend. Service was always quick and never had a glass empty as they were on the ball. Food was also lovely. We met Thomas who owns the Long Acre Tavern and again could not be any more welcoming and friendly. Came over to our table to chat to us and ask how we were liking New York. When we next book up for New York we will definitely be back at the Long Acre Tavern!

For watching sports and consuming alcohol this is a decent enough place to come. Meals on the other hand can be skipped, mostly because of the price (and value for money) with a 20% tip they like to cheekily add-on without you noticing. Not worth it in the slightest. Went because it was close to a comedy club we had plans for.

Came here for brunch with my partner and ordered the french toast. Great service since everyone was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was overall genuine and chill. Shout out to Ethan for an amazing music playlist that introduced us to some new bands. Overall a great
Typical American pub, normal dishes (not excessive portions) but excellent (burgers cooked as we asked for them). Enough choice of beers and very friendly and attentive

The Longacre is not just your average local pub; it's a vibrant hub of energy and excitement, especially on game days. Stepping inside, you're immediately greeted by a lively atmosphere, with patrons passionately rooting for their favorite football teams. But it's not just the spirited crowd that makes The Longacre special. It's the way the game is celebrated here, the way it should be: with camaraderie, enthusiasm, and good old-fashioned fun.One highlight not to be missed is the oversized pretzel, a true game day essential that's simply to die for. Paired with a cold beer from their impressive selection, it's the perfect snack to enjoy while cheering on your team. And speaking of food, The Longacre offers a variety of other amazing bar fare that's sure to satisfy any craving. From classic pub grub to inventive twists on traditional favorites, there's something for everyone on the menu. While I didn't get the chance to try the cocktails myself, I can attest to the fact that their beer selection brought me back to the better days. There's something nostalgic about enjoying a cold brew while watching the game, and The Longacre captures that sentiment perfectly. In conclusion, if you're looking for an authentic game day experience filled with lively people, delicious food, and a stellar beer selection, look no further than The Longacre. It's the ultimate destination for football fans and pub enthusiasts alike. ⚽️???

We walked into The Long Acre on our first day of our NYC trip, and it did not disappoint! We happened to show up on Karaoke Night, and the entire place was exploding with energy. The food was phenomenal. Definitely the best Fish and Chips I’ve ever had. If you’re in New York City, definitely put this on your must do list!
