What stands out about this place is the heart that goes into it. From the ever changing seasonal decorations, to the warm and friendly service, to the menu that covers almost anything you could ever crave - it’s all top tier. The music, heavy on Ol’ Blue Eyes and other mid century classics, is the cherry on top for me. It’s a weekly rotation for this NYer!

4 things you’re guaranteed to get here are Flavor, Quality, Presentation & Service! This time I simply decided to get the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and it was too good, this is the 3rd time eating here and every meal has been excellent!

Actually really shocked at how “renowned” this place is after the meal I just ate. I live a couple of blocks away and have almost ordered for delivery numerous times, but felt I should do them justice. This was probably one of the worst UES diner experiences I’ve ever had. My breakfast sandwich was slathered in mayo even though that wasn’t disclosed on the menu, which makes no sense because it had a runny yolk on it. The hashbrowns on the side (you would’ve thought to maybe ask if I wanted something else since the sandwich had a hashbrown already, but apparently not) were cold and unseasoned. No I’m not going to send my food back because that would contribute further to the horrendous service I already had. They treat you like you’re inconveniencing them by coming in to eat, even though the ratio of workers to customers was probably 10:1. Ordered a cappuccino and you would’ve thought I asked the server to jump off a bridge. Do yourself a favor and spend your menu elsewhere.

Highly recommend the cinnamon raisin French toast! It’s incredibly delicious!
We went here for dinner. Their menu is quite extensive. They have breakfast, sandwiches burgers, salads and pasta and Greek items. I had chicken souvlaki, my daughter had a lamb gyro and her boyfriend had chicken noodle soup. The chicken souvlaki was good. It came with a small Greek salad and fries. The tzatziki was really good, very thick and creamy. My daughter enjoyed her gyro and her boyfriend liked his soup.

I live down the block and Mansion is one of my closest diners. I really had a craving for some pasta this evening and it was just so delicious. Additionally, it came with a cup of chicken soup, which was also great. The quality of the food surprised me, it was very good, just what I was looking for and the lovely outdoor seating is just so inviting - I love eating outside on the corner. What a wonderful, super chill, friendly option for dinner when you don't want to dress to the nines and need a diet-free cheat day.
