The food was delicious and the server was great! We were immediately asked if we needed to get to a show (we did!), and the food came out promptly. It was a fantastic pre-theater choice, and we'll definitely be back.

The deviled eggs were outstandingly delicious. A Burrata, cherry tomato and basil pizza was okay but not above the ordinary. The touted burger was again okay and not above the average. The roasted chicken wings were better average. The Marshall serves only wines from NY state. On the night we were there, there was no one who could discuss even nominally the wine choices.

The Marshal has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in NYC and our go-to choice whenever we're in midtown. We were first attracted by the number of gluten-free options on the menu, which we always appreciate. Our meal was so wonderful and the service was so great (shoutout to Dawson, who always delivers excellent, knowledgeable service) that we have returned at least half a dozen times. In addition to the great dining experience, we love the sustainable focus of the restaurant and that everything is locally sourced. We highly recommend The Marshal!

My daughter and I went to The Marshal for Easter brunch. We sat outside on a beautiful day. To start we enjoyed the breadsticks and meatballs. An excellent way to start. For the main course, she had the eggs Benedict and I had the French Toast. They were both delicious. I had a Bloody Mary, while she enjoyed an espresso martini. The service was outstanding as was all the food and drink! We would definitely go again.
