We're just visiting the city and found The Marshal. What a gem! Everyone was fantastic, the food was amazing! I had the trout and my beautiful wife had the short ribs!

I've been here many times and I'm always so impressed by the food and the staff! My favourite restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, this farm-to-table eatery has incredible options and really great portions. Their meatloaf was some of the best I've had in my life. Their pizza combinations are out of this world.

Dawson was a lovely waiter and the fact that they took us almost an hour earlier than our reservation was above and beyond as they were very busy. We greatly appreciated it. The food was delish and everyone was very professional with great recommendations of best drinks and foods. The only reason that I have a 4/5 for ambiance was that I would have loved for the place to be a bit bigger, which is not really the owner's fault at all. However, at times I felt bad for some people, including the serving staff because of the tight space. Overall wonderful place with good food, friendly staff, and lovely dinner place.

It’s a very small restaurant with cute interiors.
We’re not super hungry so we had three appetizers and a salad to share which was more then enough. We had Mac and cheese, chicken wings, and ribs. For the salad we had beets salad. All were delicious.
For dessert we had the cobbler. The only issue I had was they don’t serve decaf coffee which was a bit odd!

Food was basic, service was bad. Not kid friendly. We went with our toodler when it was dead. Our child was well behaved but they pushed us out saying they had a reservation coming and needed our table.

Top notch farm to table restaurant - I felt like I was transported to a small town in the Cotswalds! The entire crew was so passionate about the menu, ingredients, local wines. Highly recommend. They also managed a severe seafood allergy perfectly! Good was delicious.
Stumbled on to this restaurant through Google. Catching a show in the area. What a find! The food was delicious, the owner and staff were very nice and informative. We started with the Barrata with the wood stove bread, delicious. My wife had the trout, I had the meatloaf. Both were delicious!!! Look forward to going back and trying the other dishes.

We got there early so we didn't need a reservation. (4:00) You definitely need to call ahead for a reservation as it's a small place and serves fresh farm to table food. Dawson was a great waiter. Charlie the owner was really nice! We started off with cocktails. We then had the pizza which was delicious. We also got the short ribs and they were very good too! Everything is made in the wood fired oven. This place has been here for 13 years and I would highly recommend trying it.
