About The Milling Room

The Milling Room offers an attractive and airy atmosphere with a gorgeous interior. The food is generally good, with diners raving about dishes like Huevos Rancheros and the squid ink linguine vongole. The service is polite and accommodating, and the noise level is surprisingly, pleasingly, low. The dining room is absolutely gorgeous and impressively spacious, with an open layout that makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Drinks are also a highlight, with a "weird ice cube that melted into this spicy concoction" being a pleasant surprise. Meals are hearty and the moscato hit the spot. Service is really attentive and friendly without being too much. The room is lovely and spacious, and the tables are not on top of each other. There is a wide selection of spirits. The menu is limited with all good options, and what is on the menu is well made and in a good size portion. The burrata salad was excellent, with excellent pesto and balsamic glaze. The cavatelli dish was delicious with a dense bite and a sauce ever so slightly spicy. The bucatini was also quite good with good size tender shrimp. The chocolate mousse had a deep dark chocolate flavor, not bitter and sweet without being cloying. This place is a gem, a solid experience for a special occasion.
