We ordered the cheeseburger without onion and without pickles and the burger arrived with some sort of relish on it, which left a nasty after taste, which the server informed us that he had specified that he notated the request to not have onions or pickles on the burger, but we were not able to get another burger remade since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. It left a very bad after taste and that was truly disappointing because it was one of those “New York” experiences...
Came as walk-in with a friend and we were able to snag a spot at the crowded bar; wonderful bartender. By the time we ordered our second drink we were able to get sat in the bar area. Delicious food, great service and amazing ambiance.
An institution for a reason. I managed a 5pm dinner reservation and it was the perfect timing for an 8pm show.
Be prepared to feel rushed. My only critique would be to the service.
