Delicious burgers and great service - usually do online pickup and it's ready in under 20 minutes

Food was good but small. Ordered a double patty and it seemed like the 4oz rather than 8oz. Not pictured were the honey Brussels (roasted Brussels sprouts were the start of the show). Service was great, everyone was friendly and inviting.

This was a terrible burger. I ordered a standard with caramelized onions. The burger was dry and really hard. The patty had been overly manipulated, making it tough. It was also overcooked. Because of the onions, I didn't taste that the meat was off until I had finished it, but the aftertaste told the story. Later on, I got sick from it.

Great burgers., great service and wonderful atmosphere. Loved our keto buns and double burgers with bacon. Sweet potato fries were good too. I am so full. Really enjoyed it!

Staying nearby and wanted a change from our pizza / street food we've been eating all week. My burger was good - hot, good flavor, very juicy, nice sharp cheddar, two layers of tomato. My partner's chicken sandwich was meh. One problem was it being two awkwardly shaped, thick pieces of chicken. As soon as she bit into it, the particular piece squirted out the back end of the brioche and ultimately becomes easier to eat with a knife and fork. Ambiance was a little off for me with some loud music going on in an otherwise quiet night.

I had the Guadalupe burger with sweet potato fries. Both items were pretty run of the mill. It ended up being a bit more expensive than I would've liked for the portion sizes.

I have given this place a 2nd and 3rd chance but won't be back. NO MORE CHANCES. Service is horrible ( a big pet peeve of mine! ) and so is the food. And It's like no matter what all they want to do is sit in their booth near the reg. and chat. Not work. 1st time I went in - onion rings were ok but the burger bun and patty fell apart. So annoying. I expect more from a restaurant that's name has "burger" in it and they're all about the burger (or supposed to be.) 2nd time - Tried a different bun and different veggie patty and same thing happened. Just fell apart and crumbled. Like who eats a burger this way?! Better yet - who makes one this way?! The onion rings were burnt and not that hot. UGH! I ordered a soda and got no refills (I'm sorry $4 for a soda? Ridicules!) which they are supposed to provide. IF a waitress came to the table to ask if you need anything -this would have been nice. But none did. They were too busy chit chatting in their booth. No bill came to me - after waiting a really long time...I finally just went up to register to pay. 3rd and final time I went and will go - I ordered onion rings (burnt again and not really hot again and veggie nuggets not that hot. I ordered a soda too. Waitress brought food to my table and asked me if I needed anything else and I said no and I guess in her mind that was her cue to be completely done with me as she was totally done with me..... After she deposited my food she went back to her booth to chit chat with her buddies/co-workies (not sure) and left me alone. Never came back to me to see how things are or if I needed a refill or needed anything else. I never got a bill. After waiting a bit and getting annoyed and having to leave I finally just went up front to pay and then the waitress said "thanks so much" like "ok you are going to tip me time". NOPE! I actually didn't tip at all, which for me is really hard. I work in a service industry and actually own my own company. So I take writing a review very seriously - during covid I was a HEAVY / DEEP tipper ....some people I would tip 30 to 40% because I know how hard it was out there making money and it was EXTREMELY hard for me financially too mind you. But I've been a generous tipper and I feel lately no one is even grateful for what they have or getting. I just spent $25 for nuggets, onion rings and a soda - to me that is a LOT of $$$ but ok Bareburger - sadly you dont feel that way. Clearly you dont feel that way. The manager didn't seem too interested when I called to complain which I had not done prior. Then put me on hold and said she talked with the manager (I mean come on - if you tell me you're the manager don't make crap up!)......Let me put it this way - I don't think this company cares about service or their bad food. To me Bareburger just thinks they're the popular cool kid in school and can't do anything wrong. Well I'm looking at your reviews -not all that good. And your tables-not filled. You can't pull off the attitude! Sorry! I am a vegetarian and maybe I allowed too many chances - and that is my bad. My money will be better spent at places that give me better service and food.). This is a busy but standard burger joint that is part of a chain named Bareburger. What's happened to the notion of a juicy burger nowadays? It serves something up for the health conscious with elk, bison and collard green wrappers instead of buns, but I am not a groundhog or a rabbit. When the tall server came over and eyed me suspiciously because maybe I just looked like someone not easily fooled or satisfied. After he walked away I got up and left. Bad vibes here.

Horrible delivery experience. First, we received the wrong order. Then it took 90 minutes to correct the order. When my wife called to find out where our food was, the employee HUNG UP on her. Screw this place. AVOID!

Good, high protein, healthy option for delivery. They have Elk, Bison, and collard green wrappers instead of buns if you're trying to stay lean. Price and portions are fair relative to quality.

Nice spot for a burger that won't break the bank. Appreciated the number of vegan options for my buddy that came in from out of town. I had the chicken sandwich myself which was quite good.
