We went to this place at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Knocked on the glass no one was there to take our order. In addition they don't allow you in the store to at least look around. They only have two variety of cakes available despite the online menu stating many varieties. Not worth the price. Not coming back here. Go to DOCs Cake shop in Brooklyn. The cakes are way better plus much more variety and excellent customer service.

Though you order outside and can’t sit in , I will line up cause it’s the best Red Velvet Cake Ever!!! I ordered a few others and they were delicious too but No bodies beating the red velvet.

First let me say I understand things come up. I checked online and the store hours were 8am-7pm I detoured and rushed to get there before 7pm. I made it there around 6:40pm-6:45pm to find the doors locked and no one there. I was so aggravated as this has happened twice before. Come on CAKE MAN gotta do better and consider your customers. I went to Magnolia bakery instead! Very disappointing black business.

I devoured the Red Velvet Cake which was moist and delicious with walnuts !

The cake was good. YUM!

Very shocked for the first time and very disappointed. I ordered a cake 3weeks in advance and that alone is the worse you don’t speak to a live person they are taking your cake order through text message which is unprofessional the respond time is the worse and on top of that asking to make my mom cake look exactly like the picture I was told yes the morning for pick up it wasn’t ready I had to wait another 40 mins then to get the cake it looks nothing like the picture I was mad and when I asked why it didn’t look like the cake I was told I should of said I wanted the ribbon but if I asked to have the cake look just like the picture I was told yes so with that being said I will not buy another cake with them again not worth my toll money and on top of that the cake taste the worst never ever again. Do better

I can't give the Cake Man Raven's cakes, service, or customer service enough stars. My only problem is that now that I live in the city, I know I will be here more than I need to be. Thank you Raven for being a bright light in our community!

It was a disaster for my daughters 19th birthday! Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance and was told it would be ready at 11 am Nov 25th, the morning before I text to confirm and the time was changed to 4pm. I couldn't make it because I had to work and was told to go to Queens to pick it up. I took a cab to Queens on Nov 25th and the cake was not there. They delivered it the following morning and it wasn't the cake I ordered, totally different design. Highly disappointed. Please beware. There was no compassion or compensation for the huge inconvenience.

I have been buying this cake for years . I love the red velvet. It would be 5 stars if the frosting was not so extremely sweet that it is inedible. It is so unfortunate as I love the cake and have to east around the frosting because it is sooooo sweet it gives me a headache. Dang...If you can deal with EXTREME sweetness, I recommend.

Everything was killer. Nice people. Owner introduced himself. Always a good sign. Cake was on point. Like perfect red velvet. Can’t wait to come back.
