It's honestly ok not worth 11 mostly cause it tasted like bland Spanish food ,if your just looking for something to hold you down then sure otherwise keep it pushing. However the service lighting fast and friendly staff.
If you an old school New Yorker then you know that this spot is what halal guys used to be. This takes me back to LaGuardia college days where you had 2 back to back halal guys carts. Supposedly this cart is owned by one of halal guys brother. Beef gyro beats any spot in any borough
We tried The Original Guys by fluke on our trip to NYC. We saw the long line at The Halal Guys, and went to The Original Guys’ stand instead. The guys working there are soooo nice, answered all our questions. I got the chicken plate and my husband got the lamb gyro plate. The quantity is HUGE.
