Food is stellar, the cave is overwhelming of insane wines, service is unreal and the atmosfere is perfect. There is no issue but the price level. I will come back next time I am in NewYork but the check (and tip) is expensive, a bit too expensive.

Our lunch was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect for fine dining. The food was wonderful. My filet was cooked perfectly. The server was very attentive. I gave 4 stars in this area because it took a while to get the check and pay. Other than that, it was fabulous.

The waiter mixed our table's steak preferences (medium rare/pink/etc) so all of our steaks were wasted. And the waiter was very forgetful so often times we were left always waitressing for something.

The food was great as usual. We live in the neighborhood and come here a lot. This time they were very busy (which is great for them) but the service suffered. Our waiter was very nice but kept upselling us which I find very uncomfortable. In the end our check had someone else's drinks charged to us - he did apologize and took them off but it didn't help the experience. Also to note there are a lot of managers walking around but they are not helpful. If they see empty plates or people fidgeting they should jump in! Overall I'm disappointed and will probably not go there again. There are plenty of great steak places around
Love going to the Palm, but yesterday both my companion and I got Penne w/ Vodka sauce and it was so spicy it was almost inedible. Very disappointing, tasted like some one dropped a ton of red pepper into it. We both wasted both of our entrees.

I've been going to the Palm for over 35 years yesterday. My husband and I went to happy hour after Theatr was over at 3:40. What a great experience great food great prices great drinks so not only is it the best steakhouse in the city . The bar book and the space was truly enjoyable as always thanks to the staff and my favorite waiters. Stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary.highly recommend

After speaking with management they expeditiously corrected and was very professional addressing the problem. Thank you for listening and your professionalism!!
