Have been here many times but this time the food was not up to par. The $73 sirloin had 1/3 of fat/waste. The filet was very good as 2 others shared it. The creamed spinach was like soup and tasteless (it's always been fantastic), garlic mashed potatoes were also tasteless and the corn was pepper, pepper and pepper. A shame for this once gem of a steakhouse. I will likely go elsewhere for steak in the future. I politely told the maitre d on the way out.
Been to the Palm millions of times . This was first time we did not love the 5 lb lobster . Think it was overcooked. Server think Cassandra , was great
Excellent service, I was there for restaurant week, the waiter was attentive and gave excellent advice on wine selection, everything was delicious.
The food came out wrong , we were told about a 4lb lobster special and the lobster that came out was barely 2 lbs !! They said that they had special oysters that they had a contract for and no one else had . They charged a premium price and they were terrible . I will never go back there again !!
Excellent restaurant! If you are seeing Wicked or Just in Time, those theaters are right across the street, so The Palm is perfect for a great pre-show meal.
Always a wonderful time at the Palm. K was our server and he was a lot of fun and had a great disposition. Thank you for another awesome experience.
Waiter manny was grwat Food qas delicious and tender Wife wasnt ceazy about the cream Spinach although i liked it Staff very friendly
The Palm is the perfect place to go for a meal before seeing a show. We had a great experience at The Palm. The ambiance is perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly, and our food was delicious. We had a party of 9, and we were all very happy with our drinks and dinners.
Food was delicious! We had a great meal with good service. Everyone was friendly. Great location before/after theater.
Unfortunately, this dining experience fell short of expectations. The Chicken Parmigiana did not taste fresh, and the linguine pasta it came with was served cold, which impacted the overall dish. The martini was meh, and the service was avrage. Given the reputation of The Palm, I was surprised by the subpar service and food quality. Hopefully, this was just an off night.

Location for theatre goers is excellent! Expect high pricing for all menu items... Service was excellent!
My friend and I had a lovely meal at The Palm before our Broadway show. We had a quiet booth and the food was perfect and service was timely and not rushed at all. My friend had the linguine with clam sauce and I had clam cakes. Both were excellent. Highly recommend. This is one of my favorite restaurants in this area.
Ordered a regular filet mignon and a petite filet mignon and neither appeared to be an actual tenderloin filet - kind of stringy like hanger steak or something. The petite filet was kind of grey on the outside - no good sear. The house salad and sides of broccoli and fries were very tasty, and the drinks were good. Service was excellent.
I had an amazing time the food. The service was great phenomenal. Will definitely return back. I went to the Palm in Atlantic City and this is my first time in New York City. Amazing establishment.
Very busy on Father's Day. Food was not up to par. We come here often and are members of the Club. Manager made it right, so thank you. We will return soon.
